Hi!! I saw you had the last day of tickletober available, and I feel like it would be really cute with ler Dipper and lee Pacifica. (Can be platonic or romantic. I ship them but you don’t need to in the fic if you don’t want to) 💖 Maybe they’re having a tickle fight and Dipper ends up winning, and since she’s not used to them he makes sure she’s all good afterwards and gets her water and maybe ask is she wants a hug or if she wants to watch a movie.
TickleTober Day 31 - Aftercare
~WHOOO it's been a month! This is such a perfect way to finish it up; a nice, fluffy fic for one of my oldest fandoms. I ship them, too, and I chose a little pre-relationship pining vibe for it. I mostly followed the prompt, though I kinda just had Dipper do all the wrecking. Thank you for requesting, and I hope you Enjoy! Happy Halloween everyone!~
(Sorry this got posted on the 1st, I fell asleep writing it last night😭)
Lee: Pacifica
Ler: Dipper
Summary: Pacifica is hanging out at the Mystery Shack with Dipper. After a simple card game takes a silly turn, the two realize how amazing physical touch is. Especially from each other…
Warnings: none! This is a tickle fic, so if you don’t like that, scroll away!!

“Dipper, come on! This is- It's so childish!” Pacifica practically screeched the words as she ran around her side of the table, mirroring Dipper’s movements.
They were supposed to be playing one of her favorite card games — “Gossip Gals” — but one of the questions had been a little too flustering for the girl. So Dipper, like any rational teenage boy, decided to attack her for information.
“Just tell me if you're ticklish or not! I'm gonna find out either way!” He laughed as he tried to reach her, circling the table between them. The card game had seemed silly at first, but after that question, Dipper couldn’t find any complaints.
“No you’re not!” Trying out a risky move, Pacifica jumped up onto the Pines’ kitchen table and attempted to jump over Dipper. She’d underestimated how far she had to jump, however, landing directly on Dipper. Instead of bracing himself, he wrapped his arms around the girl as they tumbled to the ground.
Nobody hit their head, and Dipper emerged victorious; he had his arms around the blonde’s waist, securing her.
“Dipper! You little brat, let me go!” Pacifica glared daggers at the boy, trying to squash any and all giddiness from her tone. She was about to get tickled, no doubt. She could barely remember the last time that had happened; maybe a nanny had done it? Whatever the case, it had been a while.
“Nope. Not until I find out,” he grinned, placing his hands on her sides. Usually, he’d be a flustered, blushing mess. The game had somehow given him a boost of confidence, which he was milking for all it was worth. “You can either tell me, or I test it myself.”
“I don’t know!” The words came out a lot more shrill than she had intended. The girl cleared her throat before speaking again. “I-it’s been a while, okay? I don’t remember.”
“Oh.” The boy paused for a moment, letting that sink in. Pacifica’s parents were terrible; they’d probably never done that to her before. Heck, they probably hadn’t even hugged her in a few months. He had to show her. “Guess I’ll test it then.”
"What?! That’s not what- GYEEhehehehe! Dihippeheher!” Pacifica cut herself off when she felt him squeeze her sides, squirming against his chest. A buzzy feeling danced under her skin, making it impossible for her to hold still. It rooted itself deep in her stomach, a giddy smile stretching across her cheeks.
The most embarrassing part? She’d liked it.
Pacifica couldn’t remember if she’d liked it before, but then again, she could hardly remember ever being tickled before at all. While they made her squirm and squeak, the fluttering buzzes of the tickles made her feel so light and happy.
“Wow, you are ticklish, aren’t you?” Dipper’s sudden surge of confidence shriveled at the sound of her merry laugh, giving way to fluster and affection. He loved her giggles; they were so loud and pitchy. Compared to her typically-perfect facade, they were like a diamond in a pile of ashy coal: bold, different, and enticing.
“N-nohoho duhuhuh!” The girl managed to sass him through her giggles, weakly batting at his hands. She was giving herself away. Dipper knew how hard she could fight when she wanted to get away; the little smacks were barely even a fraction of that intensity.
“Shut up,” Dipper huffed affectionately, moving his hands up to her ribs. That got a nice reaction; the girl immediately shrieked, clamping her arms to her sides for protection. Unfortunately for her, she‘d trapped his hands against the sensitive bones; he had no intention of leaving them there without action.
“Dihippeheher, dohon't! Ihihi’ll- GYAAAHAHAHA! OHO GOHOHOD! DIHIHIHIPPER!”
Pacifica arched her back as the intense sensation flooded her nervous system, eyes squeezing shut. She…she was really that ticklish? How could she forget that?!
“D-IHIHIHIPPEHER, PLEHEHEASE!” The girl's laughter was borderline frantic at that point, her mind a swirling mess of shock, stimulation, and a touch of curiosity.
Scared of overwhelming her, Dipper quickly put a stop to his tickling, pulling his hands back when Pacifica’s elbows released them. “A-are you okay,? Did I go too far? Do you want some water or a snack or something?”
Pacifica just spent a moment giggling, trying to get her head on straight. That had been…a lot. She’d definitely liked it, but she’d never felt so overwhelmed before. It completely consumed her thoughts…which, to be honest, was kind of nice. She didn’t have to think about her actions or how perfect she seemed; she could just laugh.
“I-Ihi’m okay, dummy. Even if you did try to kill me.” Pacifica made sure to be dramatic about everything, huffing and crossing her arms. When he met her eyes, however, he saw a genuine happiness in them.
Dipper wanted to ask if she’d liked it, but he could barely answer that question himself; his cheeks burned at the thought of actually asking out loud. There was something else on his mind, too…
“Do you wanna…watch a movie on the couch? O-or something? It’s fine if you don’t, I just-”
“Yeah, I’d like that. Don’t have a heart attack over it, you nerd.” She gave his shoulder a little shove, then used it to help herself to her feet. Dipper scrambled after her, feeling his face burn for almost no reason. Being flustered was the worst...but he also loved it around her.
Pacifica settled herself down in the middle of the couch, forcing Dipper to make one of the most difficult decisions of his teenage life: sit right next to her, or a respectful distance away?
She made that decision for him.
“Ugh, get over here. It’s not rocket science, nerd.” Pacifica rolled her eyes and scooted over, patting the spot right next to her.
It’s not because I like him or anything. I just…don’t wanna be cold. Yeah. It’s cold.
With a burning blush on his cheeks, Dipper settled in next to her. He blindly put a movie on, barely registering the screen as his mind raced with varying thoughts of “ohmygodohmygodohmyGOD!”
It turns out he’d picked The Princess Bride. Dipper had seen the film a thousand times, so the familiar voices of the characters and memorized scenes calmed his mind, actually returning a bit of his confidence. Dipper tuned in to the little voice of his crush in his head, relaxing next to her. He even did the awkward yawn-hug thing, stretching his arm across her shoulders.
Pacifica’s breath hitched at the contact, her brows shooting up as she glanced over at him. Where did that confidence – as cliche as it was – come from? Well, alright then…
As if she was challenging him to back off, the blonde leaned against him, lying her head on his chest. To her surprise, she felt his hand hesitantly settle on her head. He gently scratched her scalp, testing the waters.
The action had started off spiteful, but…well, she wasn’t complaining. Dipper’s touch felt nice, and the warmth of his chest was actually pretty comforting. Letting out a little sigh, she closed her eyes and let herself fully relax against him.
Dipper was dying inside, his face burning as he tried to keep all his screaming internal. He’d suspected that he might have been developing a crush on the Northwest, but…yeah. There was no dying it anymore. He let himself peek at her face, a smile tugging at his lips.
I’m so glad I asked that question…

Half Curse, Half Human, Whole Lotta Dancing
Choso x gn!reader
Fluff
Warnings: none
Choso was running late.
He could’ve sworn he planned this better in his head but everything had gotten out of hand.
“Yuji! I need you on cooking duty! I have to shower!”
Choso had a great, lowkey date planned for you and him. He was making dinner, your favorite food you had mentioned on your previous date, but his timing had been off all day. He was tied up earlier helping take down a special grade curse, then all the grocery stores in the area were out of a specific ingredient needed in the dish he was making. When he finally got home to his apartment, it was hours later than he had given himself to start preparing. You were supposed to be over in 20 minutes and he was almost out of time.
“Yuji!”
“I’m coming, I’m coming! Geez.”
Yuji emerged from the other room, texting with one hand and grabbing the spatula from Choso’s hand with the other.
“I got this, Choso. You go… do whatever you need to do to stop freaking out.”
“Thank you!” the elder brother yelled, hurrying to get ready.
When he was all washed up and dressed, he checked the time. He had 2 minutes left before you were supposed to get there and he breathed a sigh of relief. He really liked you and didn’t want to make a fool of himself, especially so early on in your relationship.
“Food’s good to go. I’m hanging out with Fushiguro and Kugisaki until you’re done. So I might be sleeping over with them if you’re sleeping over with y/n,” Yuji said, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively. Choso reached over to punch him, but Yuji was too fast and moved out of the way. Before anything else transpired, they heard a knock at the door.
“Y/n’s here and you need not to be,” Choso said, guiding Yuji to the door and opening it.
“Hey y/n!” Yuji greeted you, “I’d like to stay and talk but my mean older brother is kicking me out.” He extended his lower lip into a pout and you fake scoffed at Choso who was standing in the doorway.
“Big meanie Choso, huh? Don’t worry Yuji, I’ll talk to him for you. Knock some sense into the guy,” you said, ruffling Yuji’s hair.
“Both of you ganging up on me? I should’ve seen this coming,” he said, exasperated, as you and Yuji laughed. The younger brother bid you goodbye as you entered the apartment complex, giving Choso a big hug.
“Mmm! Something smells delicious in here!” you exclaimed, following your nose into the kitchen. Your date trailed behind you, timid about his attempts to woo you with your favorite food.
“I made your favorite,” he said, getting plates together, and your eyes widened in excitement.
“Choso! You shouldn’t have! Thank you so much, this means so much to me!” You gave him another big hug and even though he hadn’t ate yet, he felt full.
“Please, take a seat.” He pulled a chair out for you at the table. “I’ll serve you.”
When he set the plate in front of you, your mouth immediately watered. Tasting it was even better. Dinner was absolutely incredible and you two fell into easy conversation while eating. You spoke about what had happened since the last time you went out, how today was, and swapped funny anecdotes. When dinner was over and dessert was finished, it was time to do dishes.
“Since you cooked such a delicious meal and worked so hard, I’ll do the dishes,” you said, trying to take his plate, but he wouldn’t let you.
“Uh, no way. We’re on a date, it’s only right that I do it all for you. You deserve to rest,” Choso argued.
“You deserve to rest, too! You did all the hard work earlier. Besides, it sounds like today wiped you out. I’d like to help out in any way I can.”
You admired his selflessness and stubborn nature, but sometimes he did too much for other people and not enough for himself.
“Alright. We’ll both do them. I wash, you dry.”
“I wash, you dry, then we have a deal,” you countered. Choso could tell you weren’t backing down and he secretly appreciated your willingness to help him, even if it was something so insignificant as washing dishes. While he cleared the table, you put on some music to help make the chore go by faster. Rolling up your sleeves, you got straight to work. Pan after pan, fork after spoon, you scrubbed away, absentmindedly humming along to whatever song was playing and moving a bit to the beat. You didn’t notice Choso was staring you during all of this. You had put him in an almost trance-like state; he couldn’t get enough of you and the way you moved your body to the music. His heart was pounding in his chest as he thought about the kindness in your gesture of helping him clean up and he wished he could cook for you and wash dishes with you every day for the rest of his life. All of a sudden, he realized he was jealous of the way you, looking so effortlessly attractive and purely bewitching, were holding cutlery instead of him so he decided to do something about it.
“Dance with me,” Choso blurted out, startling you from your task at hand.
“What?” you asked incredulously. Choso was a man of few words, but the ones he chose to use, he spoke with such conviction and earnestness that no one in their right minds could turn him down. You especially, because in this moment, with soap bubbles flying around him and the kitchen light flickering ever so slightly, casting an ethereal glow over him, Choso had never looked more beautiful.
“Dance with me. Please?” His voice wavered on the second request but you had never been more sure of something in your life.
“I would love to.”
Choso took the soapy cutlery out of your hands to be dealt with later while you grabbed hold of both ends of the towel he had around his neck and pulled him in closer to you, smiles lighting up both of your faces. He placed his hands on your waist and you inadvertently jumped at the feeling of his still-wet skin, water slowly trickling down your sides.
“I’m sorry! I forgot to wipe them off,” he confessed sheepishly, pink tinging his cheeks while he anxiously used the dish towel that lay around his shoulders. You smirked deviously.
“I’m so getting you back for that!” In a flash, you reached behind him to scoop some leftover bubbles from the sink. The iridescent spheres now had a new home on the slope of his nose. All of a sudden, you both started giggling at the absurdity of it all as Choso took you back in his arms to sway to the music. He hadn’t had much experience dancing, much less with someone else, but thankfully, watching all those romantic comedies with Yuji had finally paid off as he had learned the basics of what to do. You were a mix of emotions as Choso gently indicated for you to do a little spin—nervousness, of course, was something you felt, but at the same time, you had never been more comfortable in your life. He had such a way of making butterflies appear in your stomach but an instant later it was like they were freed, flying far away and leaving no indication that they were ever there in the first place. As you spun back in and felt his gentle grip return to your body, you noticed that neither of you could help the big grins that wouldn’t fade from your faces.
“God, we’re so cheesy, aren’t we?” you laughed, “it’s like we’re in a movie or something.”
“If this was a movie, I’d give it a 5 star review on Letterboxd.”
You raised your eyebrow at him.
“You know about Letterboxd? You’ve been hanging out with Yuji too much.”
“You’re right, I have been. I’d like to spend more of my time with you, if you’ll have me.”
You broke his gaze, looking away shyly while exploding internally. Nervous Choso was adorable, sure, but this smooth version of him was certainly a force to be reckoned with. The upbeat tempo of the current song faded out and was replaced by a slow melody. Both of you tensed up, unsure of how the other was feeling.
“Do you… want to keep dancing? I know I do.” You hated how meek your voice sounded but you were so desperate to continue your romantic evening with Choso. Luckily for you, it seemed he had run out of suave comebacks— he was absolutely craving the chance to keep you so close to him so he nodded eagerly to your question.
“Y-yeah, I do too.”
You shuffled in closer to him as you two settled into a slow, steady rhythm. If your face felt warm, rest assured, his was BLAZING hot. Choso had dreamt of the moment he could slow dance with someone near and dear to his heart and now that it was finally here, he couldn’t wait to savor the experience. He wished he could bottle his memory of this dance, how radiant you looked, your e/c eyes filled with adoration as they found solace in his own deep brown eyes. If he died tomorrow, he’d die as the luckiest man in the world for having shared this dance with you. Your thoughts were mirroring his as well. There was nothing that could’ve made this night any better. Feeling Choso’s loving embrace, seeing him look upon you with such fondness— it was better than anything you had dreamt up all those nights thinking about him. As the song came to an end and the playlist was over, you two barely noticed, too enraptured in each other, love and yearning practically oozing out of you both. You noticed yourselves leaning in even closer, noses grazing and gazes never faltering until Choso’s eyes flickered to your lips and back up as yours did the same.
“May I kiss you?” he practically whispered, not wanting to ruin the tender moment.
“Please do,” you mumbled, equally as quiet, and Choso wasted no time placing his plush lips on yours. It took all of your strength and willpower not to have your knees buckle and melt into a puddle on the kitchen floor as he expertly slotted his mouth onto your own. Your hands moved into his hair, tugging slightly, but not ruining his perfectly placed buns, and he let out a content groan. In return, his hands found their way up your back as he held you tight, leaving a trail of goosebumps in his wake. When you eventually broke out of your loving embrace for air, you both felt flushed and out of breath, almost panting from your now swollen lips. Feeling giddy, you and Choso started giggling again, grateful to have shared such an intense yet gentle natured kiss. As you were catching your breath, you lifted your fingertips to softly trace Choso’s mark on his face, his eyes fluttering shut once more, relishing your touch.
“You’re so beautiful,” you muttered, really taking in all of his features as you admired him up close. He had surprisingly long eyelashes that rested on his pale skin. The dark circles around his eyes were prominent and ever so enticing. If you could only choose one thing to remember for the rest of your life, you think it would have to be what you’re experiencing right now because it truly felt like heaven on earth. It didn’t matter if you were in an apartment kitchen with layers of peeling paint around you or if you were in the Palace of Versailles—Choso was the most exquisite thing you could’ve ever laid your sight on.
“You stole my line,” he replied cheekily, a kind smile seemingly permanently etched into his features. You gave him a playful tap on the chest, rolling your eyes.
“Fine. I’ll be beautiful, you’ll be irresistible. Deal?”
“That hardly seems fair to you, darling, but it’ll do for now.” He shot you a wink and you could’ve sworn your heart stopped then and there.
“Dancing with you was fun, we should take a class for our next date! Maybe salsa?” he suggested.
The only salsa you were interested in was the one that goes on chips, but there was no way you could turn down his big puppy eyes. You just hoped he would buy sturdy shoes with a solid toe—you were going to be stepping on them a lot next time you hung out!

Dumb Ways to Die
Summary: When Kate makes the decision to come over and visit Natasha and Yelena's place, Yelena ropes her into an insane scheme in the backyard. Kate soon finds that she should have probably just waited until a few days later to come to spend time with her found family.
Word Count: 3.3k+
A/N: Gosh, I have been dying to write something like this for over a year now, lol 🤣 I finally managed to bring it in these fics, so it's a red-letter day for me 😂💞 They're a goofy bunch, and Natasha adores Kate so, so much, and Yelena honestly is really fond of her, too 🥺 They're truly Kate's sisters 🥺💖
Also, while we're on that subject, I just wanted to say in a side note-- since it's something that has come back up several times since writing the original fic-- that Natasha did not pick Yelena over that Kate that time that Kate and Yelena were both injured. Yelena was hurt worse than Kate, and Natasha could only take one person, so she had to pick the one that was closer to dying. If Kate would have been in Yelena's position, she would have rescued Kate first instead. I just wanted to clear that up, because Natasha loves Kate and Yelena equally and it's a lot like having two sisters or two people in your life that you care about. You love the two people differently and adapt to their different needs from you, but you don't love them any more than the other.
Idk, I just wanted to clarify since so many people seem to feel like Natasha chose Yelena over Kate, and that was not necessarily the case.
I hope y'all enjoy this one!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Kate walked down the street, taking in the pretty neighborhood that Natasha and Yelena lived in. She never really noticed how truly pretty and amazingly quaint that it was. It had a town sort of feel to it, but the yards of the houses were really nicely spaced so that it could pass as a bit of an almost country-esque environment.
She had come from the compound to visit her sister and her hopefully sister-to-be at some point, and she was close to arriving at their house. She turned down their driveway, jogging a bit as she felt more of a need to get there. She was truthfully excited to see them, but of course, she supposed she always was.
It was just especially wonderful when she could be there at their house with them. It was one of her favorite places to be because even though she did not live there and did not stay there nearly as much as she did at the compound, it still felt like home to her.
Kate hurried up the stairs, and she rang the doorbell before furrowing her brow. She heard something inside that sounded like a raised voice. Kate listened carefully, trying to make out the words.
“No! We do not need to call someone to take care of it!” Yelena cried, and there was a momentary pause before Yelena spoke back up.
“So what? You think I’m a coward?” Yelena questioned, and Kate quickly came to the conclusion that Yelena was on the phone to someone.
“Fanny needs to go outside! Like in this century!” Yelena dramatically declared, and Kate could not help but wonder who she was talking to. There were very few people that Yelena would actually let herself be dramatic and borderline whiny with. Actually only one person if Kate thought about it.
“Look, my dog deserves to go outside in the comfort of her own yard whenever she wants to!” Yelena declared firmly.
Kate stood on the doorstep somewhat awkwardly as she waited for hopefully Natasha to answer the door. She did not like the sounds of Yelena’s yelling and as much as she wanted to spend time with both of them, she would easily settle for just Natasha. She was so much calmer and sweeter than Yelena was most of the time.
One thing she had come to understand about Yelena was that she was a loose cannon. She never knew what she was going to get. No one ever did unless that person was Natasha.
“You just think I’m scared!!! I’ll show you! I can take care of this all by myself!!!” Yelena’s voice loudly cried out, and Kate frowned a little as Yelena’s voice got closer to the door.
“Yeah, well, you just wait. I’ll handle this, Natashka, you’ll see!” Yelena declared before quickly whipping the door open, hanging up the phone. Kate froze, her eyes going wide as she gaped at Yelena.
At the moment, Yelena had on the most ridiculous looking outfit that consisted of a pot on her head and a bunch of pans duct-taped on various parts of her body, and to top it all off, she had an enormous butterfly net grasped in her hands. Kate could not help but think of the time that she and Peter had thought there was a ghost in the compound. She never thought she would ever see Yelena wearing something like that.
Yelena just eyed her carefully, and after a few moments of dead silence, Kate offered a small, awkward wave.
Yelena let out a soft breath, shaking her head as she moved away from the door, wordlessly allowing Kate to come in.
“What do you want?” Yelena questioned boredly as she walked off and Kate shrugged, still trying to spot Yelena since her curiosity was piqued after whatever her and Natasha had been arguing about earlier.
“Oh, nothing super important or anything… I was just wondering if you might want to hang out or something? Not that that’s not important! I mean, I love that more than anything, I just,” Kate trailed off as Yelena scoffed.
However, just as she was about to formulate a reply, she paused, seeming to think better of her sarcasm. She turned toward Kate, offering her a somewhat terrifying onceover that looked far too interested to be completely without some sort of evil plan.
She slowly nodded, seeming to be solidifying something within her mind.
“Y’know… I might have something better for us to do than hanging out. I need your help with something, in fact,” Yelena declared, looking at Kate carefully.
Kate raised her eyebrows, surprised at the fact that Yelena had just said that she needed her.
“Come on, Little Bishop, go get some pots and pans and tape them on yourself. The duct-tape’s on the counter,” Yelena told her as she headed for the back door, and Kate furrowed her brow, not sure what to think. Yelena was being far too nice, and Kate could not help but be distrustful as a result.
Kate hesitantly headed over to the kitchen, casting one last backwards glance in Yelena’s direction.
What in the world could warrant needing to wear pots and pans as armor?
     ………………………………………………………………………………………………………
“You want me to help you with this?!!!!” Kate cried, gaping blankly at the tree branch above them. Yelena nodded resolutely.
“Of course. You’re always wanting to help people, so this is your chance,” Yelena pointed out, and Kate looked at her as if she had sprouted two more heads.
“Well, yeah, but being bait for a freaking hornet’s nest was not exactly in the plan!” Kate pointed out as she gestured to the thing above them.
“You mean you have stipulations on your availability? That’s not very friend-like,” Yelena declared, and Kate furrowed her brow.
“Did you just admit we’re friends?” Kate asked, and Yelena scoffed, looking at her as if she had lost her mind.
“No. What are you talking about? Pay attention,” Yelena dismissed, and Kate huffed a little, unable to help smiling briefly. It quickly faded away, however, as she remembered what Yelena was trying to enlist her for.
“But seriously?! Why couldn’t you have asked Carol? She’s invincible!” Kate demanded, and Yelena shrugged, looking at her as if she were suggesting something positively outlandish.
“Well, yeah, but where’s the fun in that? Besides, you’re the fastest person I’ve ever seen. You can run quicker than anyone,” Yelena complimented, and Kate shook her head, trying her best to make Yelena see reason.
“Not faster than Carol!” Kate squeaked helplessly, and Yelena just moved her head in a noncommittal gesture.
“Well, you’re the fastest un-superpowered person I’ve ever seen, then,” Yelena explained, and Kate shook her head, the pot on her head slipping down to rest against her nose. She picked it up, lifting it back on top of her head.
“I still am not seeing why Carol couldn’t be a good option,” Kate trailed off. Kate honestly figured that the reason Yelena did not call Carol was because it would not be nearly as much fun as torturing Kate herself, but she figured she would give her a chance to offer some kind of an answer.
“Because,” Yelena placed a hand on Kate’s shoulder. Kate was somewhere between enjoying the few and far-between affection from the older woman and freaking out about what Yelena was going to come up with next.
“I need you, Kate,” Yelena told her, dead seriousness in her eyes, and Kate stared at her in shock. She was not sure what to say and she could not help but wonder what happened to the older sister figure that she knew.
Kate’s mouth moved without any sound coming out for a moment, several sentences trying to form until she finally started to try to speak and her voice actually started to come from her throat.
  “Wh—”
“This is one of these times where a bond is tested. It’s an… opportunity, if you will, to prove oneself,” Yelena explained, moving her arm out in front of the both of them like she was painting a picture. Kate was instantly reminded of that one meme with Buzz Lightyear and Woody as she stammered and tried to form a response.
  “Yelena, I—”
“And, Kate, it’s your opportunity. You’re the only person I want out here doing this with me. So you have to decide if you’re going to come through, or drop me like a hot potato,” Yelena laid out Kate’s options, and Kate just looked at her in surprise, not knowing how to react to this in the least.
“So what do you say?” Yelena asked, making it out like the most important decision of Kate’s life was on the line, and Kate just knew that Yelena was playing her.
However, at the same time, something in her could not quite resist wanting to help her anyway.
Kate thought it over for a moment. She knew that Yelena was probably just trying to pick up the person that she perceived to be as the biggest sucker and the biggest bozo she knew to help her with this.
But she also knew that Yelena must have truly wanted help, too. She asked Kate, and she seemed to really care about this. Besides, it was not like she was leaving Kate out here to it all on her own.
Plus, she seemed at least partially sincere. Kate knew that Yelena was worried about Kate’s wellbeing at least partially because she always tried to keep her safe when it counted. She would not let Kate get hurt. Not too badly anyway.
And Kate was not allergic to hornets as far as she knew…
So Kate sighed deeply, making her decision as she met Yelena’s honey greens with determination, aiming to prove herself.
“Well…. I guess I could help you. I wouldn’t want to drop you like a hot potato, after all,” Kate nodded confidently, and Yelena smirked widely, looking far too much like the Cheshire Cat with the pleased smile on her face. Yelena smacked her on the back before letting her hand drop away from her quickly.
“Good. Now go get a big garbage bag from the cabinet under the kitchen sink,” Yelena declared, and Kate looked at her in confusion.
“What? Why?” Kate asked, and Yelena shook her head, examining the nest carefully.
“I’ll explain when you come back,” Yelena told her.
     ………………………………………………………………………………………………………
“Are you sure about this?!” Kate questioned from where she was perched on the middle of the ladder. She was trying not to freak out since she was really close to the hornet’s nest at this point, but given Yelena’s plan, she could not help but find herself at least somewhat nervous.
“Little Bishop, who is older here?” Yelena shot back quickly from where she was on the ground, holding her net. Kate furrowed her brow, slowly answering since she was not entirely sure that it was not a trick question.
  “You?”
“Exactly. And do kids question their elders?” Yelena asked, and Kate tentatively shook her head.
  “No?”
“Exactly. Now shut up and hold the bag,” Yelena told her. However, despite the harshness of the words, there was no true bite behind them.
Kate just sighed deeply, risking asking something that she already knew how Yelena was going to respond to.
“Don’t you think maybe we should’ve called Carol…? Y’know… a real Avenger…?” Kate asked, but as soon as she did, she realized how terribly she worded that statement. Yelena looked at her in utter offense and horror.
“WHAT?!” Yelena cried, and Kate shook her head, instantly trying to backtrack.
“I just meant that she’s strong!” Kate tried to explain herself, and Yelena just furrowed her brow, calming down only incrementally as she almost visibly made the decision to continue picking on Kate.
“Are you saying I’m not strong?! Natasha’s not strong?! Your daddy isn’t strong?!” Yelena demanded, finishing off with a smirk as she enjoyed her own joke, and Kate almost fell off of the ladder. She instantly knew who Yelena was referring to with that last statement.
“Wh— Clint’s not my… What you said!” Kate yelped, hanging onto the ladder tightly while nervously casting a glance toward the hornet’s nest.
“Your daddy,” Yelena emphasized it, purposefully stressing it, and Kate winced hard, cringing terribly.
“Please stop saying it like that!”
  “Daddy.”
“Look, I wasn’t discrediting un-superpowered Avengers!!! They’re just as Avengery as superpowered Avengers, and I phrased it badly. I meant it like why don’t you get a superpowered Avenger that can handle this stuff!”
“Are you dropping me like a hot potato?” Yelena questioned abruptly, and Kate shook her head, glancing between the nest and Yelena.
  “No! But I’m just saying—”
“Kate Bishop, hold the bag and shut your mouth. I’m going to knock the nest in it now,” Yelena interrupted, and Kate’s eyes went wide as she realized that they really were doing this right now.
“Wait, wait, wait, are you sure?” Kate asked, and Yelena nodded, readying herself as she got on her tiptoes and prepared to whack the hornet’s nest.
“As sure as I’m going to be,” Yelena answered. Kate frowned, nervousness filling her.
  “Okay…”
Kate swallowed hard, glancing up at it once more as she climbed up just a little closer. She held her breath, trying to be as still as possible and hopefully make herself invisible to the several hornets that were buzzing around it now.
“Just make sure you shut the bag really fast and tie it off so they don’t escape,” Yelena told her.
“And then run really fast?” Kate risked questioning, and Yelena nodded.
“Yeah. There’s going to be some left outside, so get out fast,” Yelena told her, and Kate nodded just barely, opening the bag wide as she readied herself.
  “I’m ready.”
“Okay. Three, two, one…. Now!” Yelena knocked at the nest and it fell. Kate lunged out, catching it in her bag, and she shut it quickly, closing up the top of the bag as she did her best to tie it as quickly as possible.
However, in the midst of her fighting with the bag, she accidentally dropped it near Yelena and the blonde shrieked. Kate’s eyes went wide in shock at the fact that Yelena seemed so fearful of the idea of hornets despite the bag being sealed.
“There’s a hole in the bag, there’s a hole in the BAG!!!!” Yelena screamed, suddenly pointing it out, and Kate just barely managed to spot the small hole in the bottom of the bag where the nest was poking out of it. Yelena took off running for the house, and Kate nearly jumped off of the ladder after her, her legs moving as quickly as they could as they both ran away with the hornets chasing them.
Kate yelped as she felt one sting her shoulder and her arm. She also felt a couple of her legs. She spotted several on Yelena where the armor was not at, and Yelena let loose an especially loud yelp as she suddenly grabbed at her butt in agony.
  “OWWWW, IT STUNG MY A—”
“JUST GET INSIDE!!!” Kate yelled, and Yelena vaulted over the railing on the porch as she half-climbed it. Kate took the stairs, and they both rushed in the house, shutting the door quickly. Bees were hitting the door like crazy, and they could hear the sound of them smacking against the wood.
Yelena instantly started ripping off the pots and pans and her clothes. Kate’s eyes went wide, but she quickly realized that Yelena was doing it to make sure no bees were stuck in her clothes. Kate quickly started to as well, not looking at Yelena since she did not particularly want to see the woman in her underwear.
It was not so much that she was grossed out by it. After all, they were both girls and it was nothing special, but she definitely did not want Yelena to feel uncomfortable because Yelena never undressed in front of anyone but Natasha.
“What are you two doing?” a voice suddenly questioned, and they both froze, looking in the direction that the voice was coming from.
To their horror, Natasha was standing there by the bar near the front door. Her eyes were wide and her hand was still on her purse where she had been putting it down. It was then that Kate truly took in the sight that the both of them obviously were.
Yelena’s pants were off, and her shirt was partially off as well. Kate’s shirt was removed, and her pants were hanging low from where she was starting to pull them down.
“Natashka! You’re home,” Yelena trailed off, laughing somewhat nervously as she pulled her shirt down and started to pull her pants back on as she shook them out well before trying it. Natasha slowly looked down at all of the pots in the floor, her eyes particularly centering on the hornet that was almost dead on the floor where it fell out of Yelena’s pants. Kate took Yelena’s cue and pulled her pants up more fully, getting her shirt on as she shook it out a little better.
“Good news! We took care of the hornet’s nest,” Yelena victoriously proclaimed.
“Bad news is that we got stung a hundred times,” Kate muttered, and Natasha instantly looked horrified as she gaped at the both of them, fear and immense concern in her gaze as she looked at her two baby sisters.
Yelena spun to face her, irritation emanating from her as she glared at the younger woman.
“Way to look at the bright side, Katie-Bear.”
  “Don’t call me Katie!”
      ………………………………………………………………………………………………………
After a little while, Yelena was resting on her stomach on the couch, her butt facing upward so that there was no uncomfortable pressure on it. Kate had been sitting in the armchair and Natasha had been on the couch with Yelena, stroking her hair as the blonde remained engrossed in whatever she was watching.
She was also not entirely capable of forming coherent thought given how Natasha’s fingers were running through her hair that was now loosened from the ponytails that were holding it. Kate had quickly discovered her inability to make good sense after asking her a few things and trying to include her in Kate and Natasha’s conversation.
Natasha had made sure to carefully treat Kate’s and Yelena’s stings with some tobacco that she had kept in the first-aid kit. She had placed some bandages over the stings, and Kate was feeling much better about the ugly, wicked little bumps.
“Well…. I guess it’s getting late. I should probably get back to the compound and feed Lucky,” Kate finally stated, and Natasha nodded, reaching out to her as Kate got up from her armchair. Kate came over to her, offering her a hug around her neck and shoulders. Natasha held her close.
“Okay, sweetheart. I’ll see you tomorrow,” Natasha expressed, and Kate headed towards the door. She was tired and somewhat sore, but she was overall extremely pleased with getting to spend time with her found family.
“Love you guys!” Kate called just before heading out the door.
“Love you, too,” Yelena mindlessly replied before instantly freezing, her eyes going wide as she realized what she had just said. Kate completely froze in place as well, mirroring Yelena’s shocked expression.
Natasha just gaped at the both of them blankly, not sure what had just happened.
There was dead silence for a few moments, no one sure what to say. On one hand, Kate wanted to say something, but she also did not want to give Yelena an opportunity to take it back.
Therefore, she decided on the best plan of action that she had.
“Umm… Bye!” Kate declared quickly, swiftly trying to get out the door. Natasha offered her a loving wave, recovering from the shock just enough to reply appropriately. Yelena still looked utterly horrified at herself.
“Love you, Kate!” Natasha called finally, and Kate offered an awkward wave as she hurried out the door, shutting it behind her resolutely.
As Kate made a break for it, the cool night breeze softly blowing against her hair and face, she could not help but feel her heart swelling.
She finally had two sisters for real. She had a family again.

i came across your blog just today and i loved going through it, it's so nice to see someone who loves the stories as much as i do!! 6, 12, 16, 20 and 36 for the tintin ask please, thank you 💜
Oh my gosh thank you so much 🥺 my love for the series is too obvious at this point to be hidden but I'm very glad that you enjoyed your trip in my brainrot and I'm always grateful for all of you and your support 💖
Alright let's go to the asks!
6. Least favorite villain and why?
The villains are a very fascinating aspect of the series because, although the stories aren't villain centric, the characters show some interesting aspects (and they have done AWFUL things alright). So the least favourite villain for me is someone who barely made any impression like the mafia bosses in Tintin in America I guess?
12. Which media do you prefer and why?
The comics because I simply ADORE comics but also because I can't help be fascinated by how Herge and his team managed to narrate such stories with such efficiency and clarity and still allowing the reader to make a more in depth reading.
However I must admit that the movie of 2011 and the cartoon series are such comfort shows for me and I am impressed with them despite not following 100% the original stories because I can just feel the love for the original behind them, you know, and you can't but respect that.
16. Rank your order: Tintin media
Aaaa this is hard! I'll rank them by what I enjoyed more, without taking into account if they're faithful to the canon or whatever criteria so please, it's just personal taste, no effort to be objective (and I include only those I have read/seen).
Comics
2011 movie
Cartoon series
60's movies
The lake of sharks
Damn I want to look at the other adaptations too!
20. A character you don’t understand the hype over?
Hmmm that's tough... Besides the main cast there's not enough discussion about the other characters and therefore not that much hype? And I can't say the main characters because I am too so hyped 😂
Alright I'm gonna say that at the beginning I was surprised by how much Tintin fans love Chang since he didn't appear that much or Alcazar even! But I like these characters too and I do believe we need more of them so yeah you keep up the work, guys!
All of you guys continue hype over every character, no matter if they appeared once or all the time 👏
36. Which version of Tintin is your favourite?
@bleubeurre 's Petitintin
Kaskdmdm alright seriously speaking my favourite Tintin and the one I usually take into consideration when I create something with him is a hybrid of Tintin from the late comics and Tintin from the 2011 movie. You might find my answer weird but for me even Tintin in the comics is not the same throughout all the books. If you tell me you like comic!Tintin be prepared to ask you which phase, the pre Blue Lotus, pre The Crab with the Golden Claws, pre Explorers on the Moon, pre Tibet, after Tibet? That's why I also don't understand how people say Tintin from 2011 movie is out of character since he resembles very much a side of the character that it was shown in a degree throughout all the series, the "bastard" side of Tintin let's say, the one who is open to his negative emotions and this close to punch you.

oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh SO!! we always see anthony being super broody in an arranged marriage scenario, right? and the partner is always putting in a ton of effort to get him to open up… but what if the roles were reversed? what if anthony realized that he needed to make an actual connection with his wife but his WIFE is the one that is distant, and anthony thinks that it’s for no reason, but in the past, she’s gotten burned from opening up to people and letting them in (just like anthony!!) and then they bond from the trauma?
idk if this is any good 😭 but i love your writing so much and all your anthony and benedict fics actually give me life 💖
thank you so much!!
xo, lottie
Hi Lottie my dearest 🫶
I feel absolutely terrible to do this but…. I don’t think I’m capable of delivering this fic for you. 🥺
For now, I am not writing angst-type requests. I just feel I wouldn’t be able to do the trauma that you wanted included justice.
If things change in the future about what I feel I am able to write, I will update my guidelines.
Thanks in advanced for your understanding and I’m so sorry if this is a let down for you. I just need to be realistic about what I can write with the spare time I have. I hope you can forgive me. Thank you for your kind words about my writing. 🧡🧡

THE NEW CHAPTER WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! omg i’m so excited for what’s to come !!!! i absolutely loved it!! your writing is one of my faves ever, i love the way you portray touya, is such a refreshing and real view of him, i just think a lot of people don’t incorporate that self hatred and low self esteem so naturally, i don’t know if i’m expressing myself right but it’s just cause i’m so excited !!!! and like even if he’s an unreliable narrator, his line of thought is so clear to us while reading it, it doesn’t seem like he’s motivated out of the blue yk? like in a lot of fics i notice this, but in yours i understand his thought process perfectly!!!!! what an amazing story thank you so much and sorry for my mess here
omg you know what !! sometimes i forget fears i have with my own writing bc they are so deeply ingrained in there LOL but yes i know exactly what you mean !! i'm always so — achingly afraid of trying to lead a character somewhere and the intent and purpose not coming through. like, why is he doing that tho.... aahh — that sends shivers down my spine !! so man alive, i can't tell you how much of a relief this is !! this hit such a tender little spot, i'm so, so happy to know it came through WHEW 😫💕
gosh, he is just so complicated LOL and the hard thing with him is that i don't think he's ever going to come out and explicitly say, i say this but i mean this. and so i'm always very nervous whether or not his thoughts are making sense or if they feel justified, in a way. but he's also one of my favorite perspectives to write — i'm actually taking some of my love for writing an unreliable narrator into my own original fiction, but anyway — and i'm so thankful that you're enjoying it 🥺🌿 the new chapter is my favorite so far ! and so i'm over the moon that you liked it, yaya !
genuinely, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts ! i loved hearing them and they're not messy at all and even if they were, i would love them all the same !! 💖🌸💐

-Ashy 💖
Alice, Mishima and Shin comforting a child mc who has nightmares
Warnings: nightmares
Masterlist
Reblogs/Comments are appreciated!
Alice Yabusame
Ok so we all know how protective Alice is when it comes to the ones he cares for the most such as Reko and...you!
That being said, he was worried af when he saw you walking towards him in tears, you can definitely see him panicking a little (both inside and outside)
His mind was racing with thoughts like: “Were you hurt?” “Did someone or something upset you?” “Don’t panic now, Alice,” “Oh my gosh I should’ve accompany you..” “AAAA PLEASE DON’T CRY!”
He was about to throw hands to whatever or whoever hurt you when all of sudden, you mumbled softly that you’ve been getting a lot of terrible nightmares
Alice knew that you were trying to hold in your tears, he knew...you were scared
Immediately, Alice pulled you into a warm hug while telling you to let it all out
As soon as he said that, a tear rolled down your cheek followed by another...and another
Alice did his best to comfort you as your body wracked with an onslaught of sobs and tears and with you crying out that you just wanted to go home and be with your friends and family
A few moments later, Alice looked down to see you fast asleep and he thought to himself that he will do his very damn best to protect you and Reko no matter what
That was something he was sure of
Kazumi Mishima
You were like a son/daughter/kiddo to Mishima and in return, he was like a father figure to you
When you started to get the nightmares, you immediately told Mishima about it since he was the one you trusted the most
He patiently listened to you as you tearfully tell him that you’ve been getting scary nightmares
Once you finished telling him about your nightmares, Mishima expressed his sympathy to you
After all, having nightmares prevent you from having a good night’s rest and it isn’t fun having them
Mishima would help you to calm down by doing some breathing exercises with you
He wouldn’t want to ask you more details about it as it would make it worse
I can also see him doing some kind of relaxing activity with you such as painting
Finally, Mishima would give you some advice on what to do if you get them again
Once you’ve calmed down and felt relaxed and sleepy, Mishima would help you return to your bed
Shin Tsukimi (Sou Hiyori)
Despite what everyone says and thinks about him, you know that deep down, Shin is a good guy otherwise he wouldn’t treat you like you were his sibling
And because of that, you told him about the nightmares you’ve been getting recently
You kind of apologized for wasting his time with a sad smile on your face... or so you thought that you were wasting his time
Shin just stopped whatever he was doing and just...hugged you
Not gonna lie, it was pretty comforting yet awkward at the same time (He’s trying his best ok?)
Nonetheless, the silence between you two was relaxing for you both as Shin rubbed circles on your back
Once the both of you let go from the hug, Shin would immediately tell you that you should not be apologizing for having nightmares and that you’re not wasting his time
He completely understands how you feel since he’s been getting nightmares himself (Please give him a hug 🥺)
He will also tell you that if you ever needed to talk, he’s there
And if you wanted, you can go and sleep with him for the night (NOT THAT WAY YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN 😤)

request! was there ever a post/story abt miya and mark meeting for the first time n jonghyun is like 😁😁😁 I know you said they met in 2014? AHA I was stalking ur masterlist cause I love your writing <3
oh my gosh thank you so much 🥺🥺🥺 i never actually wrote how they met, did i? weeeell we have jonghyun to thank! we all need a little mischievous jjong in our lives rn sooo hope you enjoy! 🥰💖
italic conversations are spoken in english
WARNING: jonghyun (if you’re still a little sensitive about him, please don’t read this. i completely understand. it took me a while before i could even say his name out loud again)
Tumblr media
“Jonghyun oppa,” Yoonmi looked around worriedly, “I’m pretty sure we’re supposed to be talking about Taemin oppa’s album, not camping out in your artist lounge.”
“Relax, Yoonmi,” the older told her. “No one’s going to scold you. Besides, have trust in your oppa, and eat this SHINee cupcake.”
Yoonmi could only laugh at the insistent look on his face. Jonghyun had snuck her away from the conference room while Taemin went to the bathroom. He could get in trouble for that, so the least she could do was eat the cupcake he bought for her.
“You know,” Jonghyun told her, “I can introduce you to people around your age. As much as I love you, I’m literally eleven years older than you.”
“I don’t mind,” she smiled at him. “Besides, I have my friends from JYP, remember? The two trainees? And Jinki oppa already introduced me to one of the SM trainees. Donghyuck oppa is my friend now.”
“Yes, but how about some more SM friends?” Jonghyun trailed off as he spotted someone and called him over. When the boy approached, Jonghyun spoke again. “Taeyong-ah, this is BTS’s Miya. Yoonmi, this is Taeyong. Now, where are mini shinki?”
“They’re in school right now, hyung,” the trainee who she assumed was Taeyong told the elder after giving a bow to Yoonmi who stood up and bowed back in greeting. “Mark is in the training room, though.”
“Call him over, would you?”
“Yes, hyung.”
“Oppa,” she tugged on Jonghyun’s sleeve while slumping down in her seat. “I can’t talk to people out of nowhere! You have to give me a warning before making me meet people! Meeting Heechul sunbae and Donghyuck oppa already made me freaked out enough.”
“Consider this a warning,” Jonghyun laughed and patted her head. “You’re about to meet Lee Mark, one of the most hardworking trainees I know. He’s still a little older than you, but still younger then Jungkook.”
“Oh my god.”
Because she buried her face in her hands, she didn’t see the boy walk into the artist lounge and approach them.
“You were calling for me, hyung?”
She froze a little at the new voice. She felt Jonghyun wrap and arm around her shoulder.
“I have someone I want you to meet, Mark,” he began while pulling her up a little. “This is BTS’s Miya. Yoonmi, this is Mark. He’s part of the SM Rookies.”
Mark immediately bowed once he processed that the girl in front of him was a debuted idol. She felt her cheeks flush as she bowed back.
“It’s nice to meet you, Miya sunbaenim,” he told her.
“Oh, uh,” she began, her mind buffering a little bit. “You, too, Mark-ssi. Please, don’t call me sunbaenim. I’m fine with just Miya or Yoonmi even.”
“Oh, okay.”
There was a small silence between them where Yoonmi chewed lightly on her lip. Jonghyun looked back and forth between the two of them with a smile. He nudged Yoonmi with his elbow and mouthed to say something.
“I,” she began with a little bit of hesitation, “I’m not really good with talking to new people, I’m sorry.”
Mark tilted his head a little, scratching the back of his neck. “Would speaking English be better for you?”
“You speak English?” she gasped.
“I’m from Vancouver,” he chuckled awkwardly. “I’m guessing you’re not from America?”
“I grew up in England,” she smiled, “but I kinda switched back and forth between places, so my accent’s messed up.”
“I think it sounds cool.”
“Thank you.”
Jonghyun sensed another silence coming, so he stood up and made Mark sit across from Yoonmi. She looked up at the SHINee boy with slightly panicked eyes. He gave her a face saying to stay seated before dusting off his hands.
“I’m going to go call Taemin so we can have our discussion here with snacks,” Jonghyun began. “Mark, I’m trusting you to keep my kid company.”
With that, the older walked out the door. She turned to the Canadian in front of her. He didn’t look that much older than her.
“How old are you?” she asked. “I hope you don’t mind me asking. Jonghyun oppa says I need to make friends with more people nearer to my age, so he introduced me to you.”
“No problem at all,” he reassured her. “I’m sixteen if we’re talking Korean age. 1999. That’s two years from you, if I’m correct?”
“That’s right,” she nodded. “How’d you know?”
“I’m a fan,” he flushed. “Most of us trainees are fans, actually. SHINee sunbaenim showed us a few videos of you guys’ performances, and I guess your music and skills kinda just resonated with us.”
“That’s... a big honor. Thank you!”
“It’s well deserved recognition,” Mark shrugged. “Wait, so you really don’t have friends around your age?”
She shook her head sheepishly. “Just three, but two of them, we don’t get to meet up often because idol schedules, and they’re training in JYP. The third is Donghyuck oppa, like, from here. Our friendship is a little new. Other than them, it’s my members, a trainee at the company, a few older JYP trainees, and the SHINee oppas.”
“Woah... You know, I can introduce you to a few of the younger trainees here. I think you might get along well with Jisung.”
She tilted her head curiously.
“He’s our second youngest at the moment,” Mark explained with a fond smile. “Oh! I should introduce you to Hannah! She’s from England, too!”
This got her interest. Another person from England, Donghyuck had mentioned to her before as well. Before she knew it, she and Mark were sucked into a long conversation mostly about more people, being a foreigner, and different trainee stories. She only noticed Jonghyun left them alone when her manager called to say he was at the front of the building. Mark brought her to her car with a promise that they’d hang out another time. Once settled, she pulled out her phone and saw a message from Jonghyun.
우리 선생님 오빠 🌕: hope you had fun with your new friend today! we can talk about taemin’s album next week ❤️
me: thank you oppa ❤️

HELLO!!!! YELLING ANON HERE BACK AGAIN!!!!! Ok so I’ll try to gather my thoughts here: I’m not over exaggerating when I tell you Moonstruck is probably the BEST fic I’ve ever read. Of course I’m not trying to shame all the amazing authors out there, and I’ve read a lot of stories, but very few managed to capture my attention like you did. Again, by no means this is an attempt to hate on all the other creators; I fully believe all writers on this platform are SO unjustifiably underrated cause you guys put endless effort into content you provide for free and I don’t think you all get enough recognition for that. So like, at the end of every chapter of Moonstruck I was like “WAS I REALLY FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE READ THAT MASTERPIECE FOR FREE??? WHAT THE HECK”. All of this just to say that I hope you’re well aware of the fact that you’re so talented and so competent and so so so so brilliant; you were able to convey emotions in such a raw way that I felt them too (this is me not-so-subtly hinting that I’m still not over chap. 6 😭), you were able to keep me guessing, keep me wondering, then make me change my mind a second later the more I got into the story— (or in much simpler words, there was just me going like:”IT CAN’T BE HIM?? OR IS HE ACTUALLY...... BITCHHHH NO WAY” through the whole story), so no matter what happened, I could simply never keep a straight face while reading- I would either gasp or pout or smile at my screen cause I found it impossible not to get invested in your art. I spent days thinking about it and sometimes I’d even go back to reread chapters for a second time so I’m seriously so amazed by how talented you are and I can’t put into words how much I love this fic and all its characters. Oh also, English is not my first language so thanks to you I got to learn many words I never heard before - so this is just all the more reason to thank you. Seriously, thank you for crafting such a beautiful work and for letting me and so many other people be able to read it. This got very long I’m sorry lol 😭 I can’t wait to read next part and see what you’ve got in store for us! I wish you all the best 🥺❤️
Tumblr media
I’m assuming you’re the very first anon who started the yelling and not the second one so from now on, I’ll tag you as such!!! 🤣
T-THE BEST?! No, no, no~, you are so very kind. AHHHH. HOW CAN I NOT BLUSH. 🙈❤️ I can’t believe someone out there really thinks this highly of my story. Thank you! 😭❤️ It’s my first time writing something this long! I usually only write one-shots. I even told myself I could never write a real series (heck, I could barely do two-shots) and then this happened and I was so NERVOUS. I wanted to capture people’s attention and keep it constant. I worried about becoming stale or boring. 😱
And don’t worry! I understand what you’re saying. Us writers appreciate readers like you who give feedback and recognize our efforts! 🥰
MASTERPIECE HAKLDJLKFDSJLFJL. Yup, all for free, all for readers like you! 😙💖
Okay, you’re really going to make me cry a river. The rest of your message is so incredibly touching, so thoughtful, so sweet. 🥺🥺🥺💕💕💕 I think from time to time, I doubt my writing skills just like any writer would. So having small reminders and compliments really make all the difference. I truly appreciate you!
The whole fic really is a testimony to my indecisiveness in real life. LOOL. It’s chaotic, I’m chaotic, but I try to balance it out and keep you all guessing! Hehehe. Super thrilled to hear it’s working! 😈
“so no matter what happened, I could simply never keep a straight face while reading- I would either gasp or pout or smile at my screen cause I found it impossible not to get invested in your art.”
THIS IS SO CUTE, YOU’RE ADORABLE AF. 😭
You’d go back and REREAD some chapters? Gosh, I can’t thank you enough for investing so much of your spare time for my series. Time is something you can’t get back, so I take it to heart when I know someone enjoys it so much they reread a second time. It’s a LOT of words too, you deserve an award. 🥇
HOLD UP, English isn’t even your first language? My love, I would’ve never guessed! You write so eloquently and sound way more fluent than me. I just keyboard smash. HAKLDJFDSLK. AHAHAHA! 💕 Jokes aside, my vocabulary is something I’m very self-conscious of. So as I write, I’m learning new words too! Same when I read other’s works. I’m glad I could help you learn as well. YAY! 🙌
You never have to apologize for long messages, oh my gosh! They give me LIFE. Literally, my conversations with close friends are just PARAGRAPHS back and forth. I love hearing from you! Thank you for being amazing! I wish you the best too. Please stay safe and hydrated and stop by again anytime. 🥰🌸
