i keep meaning to write more of my pre-series monstrox fic but then i keep... not doing that.
#larimar says#like bruh..... if you wanna get to the good shit you gotta get past the boring shit#my god. i think i just wanna write student & mentor monstrox and krakenskull is the problem#like i find their dynamic really funny bc at this point in time monstrox is still really impatient#meanwhile krakenskull's has *years* of experience and patience under his belt#and he's really trying to get some patience into monstrox but it doesn't seem to be working#actually. the whole mentor set-up is great to me#cus krakenskull was just like ''okay i'm gonna teach you how to be a good warlord so you can go to war against knighton''#and monstrox was basically like ''okay! evil lessons! got it!''#monstrox really just doesn't listen to the fact that krakenskull's not actually giving evil lessons; just teaching warlord skills#but like. krakenskull does ask for petrifying power and cracking quake as payment so
