One thing I miss so much about working is watching the stars. I'm in the street in my socks rn and for the first time in months I can see the big dipper

#i have to get up so close to dawn and go tk bed so early#personal#i used ti take the stars for grantwd when i was kid...#my friend lucy (owner of the dan tag on my blog!) is over from edinburgh rn n i missed themmmmmmmmmm#we met in hs. we've been friends for like 8 years. they are so cool#i have so few friends i'm comfy being myself around without inhibitions#mostly it's lucy n my friend harry#i just let lucy knit part of one of my projects is how much i trust them#im not a very social person but i love people so much when i love them. i hadnt seen lucy for like 6 months!!#we went to hs together n actually briefly dated for a bit. it feels so weird not even living in the same country as them#talking to them all evening has felt like getting a piece of my humanity back#talking to them has felt like getting a piece of my humanity back. i feel... so cold without my friends around#they knitted part of my bi pride shawl bro!!! i literally trust them that much!!!#they talked to my family at dinner then we got drunk and watched jigsaw by daniel sloss and then we were goin to watch boiling point#but instead we talked for ages about romance and sex (which i typically fucking hate talking about!!!)#gods i missed going to 'that haunted house in their neighbourhood' or climbing random buildings w them#we got impromptu helix piercings together this afternoon they are so great#i always feel this way abt all of my friends. every single one of them makes my life better and i love them all so much#which is why we're friends!! i've had shitty friends a lot before and it's weird to feel how great my good friends make me feel#but i love them all. and tonight in particular: i hung out with my friend lucy all afternoon so i love them so much
