Set in the 2000s, where democracy had ceased to exist and factions fought for the control over the country, a young boy was born to a couple seeking refuge in a small village. 4 years after the birth of the boy, a girl was born to the Izumi family who had followed after the couple. 18 years after the boy’s birth, rumors began to spread. Rumors of a boy who was destined to bring peace and stability again to Japan began to spread, prompting others to take action.

The story follows Atsushi’s journey, together with Kyouka as they fulfill their destiny, in bringing peace back to the country.
