Love the clowns in reblogs who try to juggle terms and state that Ukrainains are experiencing xenophobia and not racism. Even though:

Ukraine never took part in colonialism, it mostly fought for its sovereignty and the right to, well, speak and teach in its own language in its own land.

Most of these yappers had no idea about where Ukraine even was before the war and didn't give a fuck about what russia has been doing.

Most of these yappers doesn't actually care about racism and xenophobia. They don't give a fuck about any meaning behind these words. They just pretend to be righteous on the internet for the brownie points and would kick any fitting victim in the ribs.

Most of these yappers screeches "racism!" as soon as anyone is mean to russians online.

Most of these yappers belongs to the country that elected a fascist and racist guy because it's easier to talk big words online and gather likes than take a stand and be active in their own political life. Oh, and also no candidate was good enough for them, so they just gave their political opponents the win so they could roleplay as rebels without any risk to themselves - while the rest of the words suffers from them failing as citizens and as people. But yeah, Ukrainians who kept paying the price for getting away from an extremely chauvinistic and racist soviet heritage are the worst, sure /s

My mother's first home was a refugee camp. Her mother was sold on a Nazi slave market.

I have dead relatives on Ukrainian battlefields. We can't get them back because russia has colonised the regions.

One relative was taken hostage by the bastard russians and tortured for 2.5 years.

The word "slave" actually means "Slavic person". The word "genocide" was invented in Lviv.

An Amnesty International guy chased my mother through a shopping mall, yelling at her that she was a "stupid white woman who wouldn't know what a refugee is".
