#(and given what is happening in this chapter frankly I’m more concerned that you are prioritizing private requests over public safety)#trails of cold steel#sometimes the dialogue in Trails of Cold Steel is......... really something#my favorite is anything related to the prestigious Thors Military Academy#the japanese high school that continues to show zero signs of prestige when the protagonist attends it#there was a comment in CS3 at some point about how Thors began returning to more militaristic standards that year#implying that it was intentionally a farce in CS1-2#I mean loosening up :)#but that makes EVEN LESS SENSE because Erebonia was already supposed to be super militaristic and expansion-happy at that point#why is there super elite fancy school that trains all the best officers easing up on the military aspects in this environment#(I get that Olivert had a lot of influence on the current state of Thors in CS1...but I can't imagine he had THAT much)
