I made a small stellated dodecahedron plush for a friend in high school. it was like 15" across, made of a thin denim-y fabric, and he INSISTED that it have a little bell on each point. it was like a weird but also boring jester hat. not the weirdest plush I've made, but it's up there.

#my fave was probs the Timcanpy I made for my cousin. wire in his wings and everything #I've made a big rubik's cube for someone in college. also like 15'' across. uhhh and. a giant cooking knife.#our neighbor threw out all these upholstery fabric sampler books and my mum and I lugged them home #and those are what I used for most of the quilt balls. and my bed quilt. not ideal btw they do NOT hold up to washing as well as we hoped.
