Who else up thinking about the fact that Dick Grayson gave up Robin only for Bruce to hand the name down to a new boy. The name that his mother had given him, and the colors that he was raised in were given to someone else. And while it was upsetting at first, he came to love this boy, his brother, and he was proud of the new Robin. And then Robin died and Dick had to go to his little brothers grave knowing that he had died with Dicks name and Dicks colors.

And Dick Grayson, one of the kindest character in DC, was so angry that he broke the number one rule and killed someone with no remorse. And then Bruce brought his brothers killer back to life, to prevent Dick from going down a dark path. Again, he couldnt protect his little brother.

#dick is such a fun character to think about #hes such a good person like hes genuinely one of the nicest characters in dc #like everyone loves him #but he also has so much anger inside of him and i wish that was written a bit better #hes not an angry person #but he has the capacity to be #my fav thing about bruce and dick is that theyre SO similar #dick is what bruce could have been/ what bruce wishes he was #dick is bruce if he hadnt been so obsessed with vengence #i think dick def mellowed out once he got older but when he was younger / in his teens? He for sure had deep deep hatred #like buried in him if that makes sense #like u wouldnt know unless there was a reason for him to go nuts (like when jason died)#hes a good person who does amazing things but he also has the capacity to kill #bruce and dick make me sick bc bruce wont kill for anyone but the closest he gets to killing was for dick #theyre so similar but so different #and bruce would be so different without dick dick saved bruce as much as bruce saved dick
