Nesh, this is beautiful!! ngl u made me tear up 🥺💜 i’m so proud of you, you’re a warrior (no matter how cheesy it may sound, you are) and a talented, sweet soul. your artwork is so beautiful. “first attempt”?? u say?? wow u got some talent there, pls keep drawing! as a way to feel a lil better it may be really helpful though so i hope i get to see your digital artworks more often now 😂 but yeah jokes aside, you are so sweet and talking to you brings a smile on my face, it’s relieving after a bad day.

Remember the things that make you feel better, what makes you happy, make them take over your own mind, make the bad thoughts go away.

Bad times are there, unfortunately, some things can’t be changed fast enough for us to be okay now but in the meantime we must focus on feeling better, finding a way to make it out of the dark places and just stick to it. sounds like it’s easy, ofc it’s not.

One day at a time, discover the things that make u feel good, things that you believe do well at, give yourself some credit, be proud of yourself, you’re here, you’re still here and that’s SUPER important, to begin with. You made your best decision so far, not giving up. So please, allow yourself to feel sad, to cry, take your time to recover, don’t pressure yourself too much, don’t feel ashamed and most importantly, don’t ever give up.

You quoted Joon, i love it. let me share with you, the one thing that keeps me going is Stray Kids’ song On Track “i’ll always be on track” i really like it. Despite the distractions or obstacles that may pop up, always come back to the path to where you were going, your goals, your happiness, your dreams... at least that’s how i interpret those lyrics, along with most of their songs. even just them as a group have helped me through tough times ☺️ so yeah, no matter what it is, find a reason to feel better and keep going, that’s very important.

This abyss of mine is cold and silent.

Sometimes so much that I can't even hear my own emotions... But you do. I don't have words to show you how much grateful I am, how much cherished you are, in my heart. I wish I could somehow give the feelings on your palms so you can hold onto it and know that you make a little human being's life worth looking forward to everyday!

I often shut myself down and often I am unavailable emotionally. I hate myself for that. But you always talk to me no matter what. You always listen to me. You act the way a family should.

And thank you, because of you this crushing silence is bearable.
