Dread and Bermuda shows the dichonomy of what truly makes a monster. Bermuda is a person consumed by grief, (Although this does Not justify murdering anyone and everyone who's not a mermaid-) It's horribly tragic that his actions were, ultimatedly, out of love until he spiraled into a neverending cycle of violence, He never learned how to cope and his pain turned him into a tragic monster meanwhile Dread does things the way he does because of the sheer lack of a moral compass and honor in general, he enjoys hurting unnecesarily those who have crossed him and has a severe disregard for the people around him, he actively chooses the idea of glory and treasure over any kind of personal relationships and is willing to cross the line to get what he wants. And both end up completely and utterly alone because of that. The thing here (I think) Is that fate didn't gave Bermuda an option (But Sonic might give him one) and obviously will face consequences meanwhile is up to speculation if Dread is even able to look past his delusions of grandeur even if it costs him his life...
and ain't it all just so compelling

Vriska♠Kankri
Characters: (Vriska) unrequited/Kankri Vantas
Rating: T, past mentions of underage (read: Vriska and Meenah)
Words: 812
A.N.: I have no idea how to write Kankri (and tbh still dunno how to write Vriska).
Never, in your life, have you met someone so long winded. Not even Aranea was this boring. You guess it makes sense, being Karkat’s ancestor, but at least his yelling successfully got them all through the game. More than what could be said for this bunch of losers.
“You know,” and of course you interrupt Kankri flawlessly. Just like you do every fucking time. He could get backbone lessons from Tavros, as sad as that is, though when his mouth snaps shut the glower he sends you is new. “Being dead all this time really gave you some time to polish this shit up, don’t you think? If you’re really insistent on trying to teach us newbies you could at least give us the abridged version, or summarize, soooooooomething.”
“Vriska, as always, you miss the point.” Oh, alright, now this is interesting. You’ve never heard Kankri so exasperated before. “Everything that I’m saying is being said for a purpose. Any attempt to cut my lessons short – or cut holes in them, as it would be described more accurately – then you would be left with questions. I am simply trying to save us time.”
“So, what? You just assume everyone is too stupid to keep up with your mouth diarrhea? You’re treating us like wrigglers whose brains are fried. Isn’t that, fuck, I don’t know, ‘ableism’? Is that one of things you were just talking about?”
“Now you’re just being purposefully obtuse,” Kankri says snidely, lip curled in distaste. You cross your arms.
“Well, aren’t you? You’re assuming I’m an idiot, and, haha, no, you don’t actually need to answer that,” you tap your temple and lean in closer. “Psychic, remember?”
“That,” Kankri hisses through his teeth, “is a blatant disregard for my boundaries. Furthermore, you’re obviously inexperienced – ”
“Hey!” Like hell you are! There’s nothing this schmuck has done you haven’t, of that you are fucking sure.
“And what you’ve obviously mistaken for ‘being dumb’ is merely my irritation that you are under educated! Please, Vriska, you’re making this more difficult than it has any need to be. Or, to be frank, than anyone else has ever made it!”
“I’ll show you a disregard for boundaries you shit spewing – ” you shove him, viciously, with your good arm. The robot one that could send – should send – anyone his size landing on his globes.
Instead he takes the blow and it’s momentum to hit the floor rolling, regaining his feet with an agility that leaves you stunned, but thrilled. Who knew he had it in him!
And then he draws a staff from his strife specibus, no, a scythe, and you’re more than stunned. Embarrassing as it is, you found your mouth agape, but nonetheless thrilled that assumed-pacifist-Kankri was finally giving you what want.
“This is what you’ve been goading me for, correct?” He spins it – the fucking thing is taller than he is, God – and it sings through the air where the dull blade is at it’s thinnest. “Your black advances are childish, probably because you are a child.”
“I’m barely two sweeps younger than you!” You don’t deny an interest in his empty spade quadrant. You know what this kind of hate feels like.“Yes, Vriska, which is a child. You would have yet to be shipped off your awful planet, conscription still a sweep away, and what was your planet filled with, exclusively?” You say nothing, just burn as you take out your dice. “Children.” Only this time he says it sadly.
“Meenah didn’t see it that way,” you say darkly, ignoring the angry squirm that she had left. Just as biting as Terezi’s betrayal, really, which had reduced you to a pathetic heap on the ground.
“Meenah was wrong – and predatory – to have come to such a conclusion. Even with your time spent here as a ghost, and all of the sweeps accumulated, you still died a child, you still act a child, and you’re still as vulnerable as any child.”
You hadn’t actually expected Kankri to want to be your kismesis. Ignoring his stupid chastity vow you heard about from Porrim he also seemed to act like he was above the quadrant, somehow.
But for him to so abashedly refuse your advances, call you vulnerable, call you inexperienced? To say those things about your matesprit, gone though she is? Those were insults you wouldn’t take from anyone, and you sure as hell weren’t going to take from some mutant lowblood. In a flash you’re in your godtier garb with an aggressive hiss rattling it’s way out of your chest. You cast your dice – and Lord English be fucking damned! – you were going to be the cause of this sorry sacks double death.
