My average heartrate has finally gone down to below 100bpm for the first time since The Incident™️ in August which I think is a good sign
#armchair speaks#I'm still scared shitless by it because my average heartrate used to be around 90 and nothing except the incident changed which is. not good#but it's an improvement so I'll take it#hopefully with enough time it'll go back to my normal but atp I think I'll just have to live with it#my blood pressure is still low as hell tho so🤷🏽♂️
