#my average levels of anxiety feel high enough that I don’t rly think the meds work and then I get off them and feel like I am constantly#on the verge of a literal heart attack#I always forget just how bad it is. like oh right. I don’t just have anxiety. I have a full fledged impossible to deal with anxiety disorder#idk how I fucking survived 18 years unmedicated.#genuinely don’t know how I survived high school. it’s an actual miracle. I can’t believe I lived like this#don’t worry I’m getting back on meds in like two days#it’s fine I’m just having a rly rly bad time of it haha lol
