Acrylic nails make it very hard to pick skin :)
#my advice for skin pickers buy nails long ones#like the ones you do yourself at home#and in case its not enticing you- you can literally accessorise them however you want#but they are so awkward to pick with they are a godsend#skin picking#you can get false nails from pennys/primark for like 1 euro 50#you can get them on amazon too
