Oh shit, I never really registered Scott being able to see Neil. I was just like. Yeah ok. Scott the Woz. That IS weird. It having to do with the OffKeys doesn't make a whole ton of sense imo but I can't think of anything to like. Refute it. Yeah I'll incorporate that into my belief system. But I do have one thing I wanna say:

Sating that OSC is possessing Ray misrepresnts Forum Freakshow, I think. Freakshow is more of a fusion between the two, as his own person, which I think is made more clear in his match v Cipher. There's a bunch of comments made that imply FFS doesn't fully remember being OSC:

We already know from his therapy session that he doesn't fully remember being Ray, either, but he's still affected by the memories of Puff Puff that Neil shows him, and is also directly stated to remember being at The Local Dance Spot, which is a RWJ memory.

There's also his interview where Scott straight up asks why there's not a ghost of Ray, which there should be if OSC is following the same rules as Bill and straight up possessing him. And Forum responds with "Because I'm not one! What you see is what you get!" Which I think is interesting because he responds to Scott asking RAY something by referring to himself in the first person. He referred to himself as Ray, though he's also referred to Ray as someone else in the past.

He also responds to both Ray and Clown as names, and refers to himself as both. And also this:

TLDR he's like a Steven Universe fusion with identity issues. To me.

(Sorry for the long post and also SINCERELY sorry for the "um, actually". I'm insane about Freakshow in particular and I think about it literally. all the time. this was my excuse to info dump. I am so sorry)

so does anyone else harbor the insane crack theory that Frank continues to exist as a living sentient memory because he was the one off-key'd, and despite his eventual recovery, Frank is a character literally built off negative vibes (same as the off-keys) and so the corruption stuck around as a manifestion of Frank even once Joji stopped Being Him and started repressing the whole scenario.
