🐭sometimes i let my studies get in the way and i don’t let myself have the time i deserve. i don’t show myself compassion or care, especially when i do something wrong. i tend to be very mean to myself - i am still learning today that doing that is not okay, and i should treat myself kindly, like i would a friend.
