'DWTS' Pro Gets Real About Breastfeeding Boob Leakage
Peta Murgatroyd isn’t afraid to share the messy reality of parenthood.
On Monday, the “Dancing with the Stars” pro posted a mirror selfie on Instagram that captures one of the pitfalls of breastfeeding.
Oh the joys of motherhood Leaking boobies are so NOT hot right now... LOL #mustremembermyboobpads

”Oh the joys of motherhood,” she wrote in the caption. “Leaking boobies are so NOT hot right now... LOL.” The mom added the hashtag #mustremembermyboobpads.
The photo received over 34,000 likes, and the comments section is filled with responses from fellow moms who have totally been there. “The struggle is real #momlife,” wrote one commenter. Others shared advice for avoiding leaky boob messes.
Murgatroyd gave birth to baby Shai, her son with fiancé and fellow “DWTS” pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, on Jan. 4.
Since then, the new mom has been getting real about parenthood.
Real life: I took this photo 8 days post birth. I left the hospital looking 5 months pregnant. Many people think a woman should shrink right back to her pre-birth weight immediately. That is just not the truth for most. The female body is incredible and resilient, but healing and strengthening take time. Now it's time for patience and hard work. Lots of love to all the new mamas out there on the journey. #yesihaveascrunchieinmyhair #shaiiswortheverypound
