Mushroom-Stuffed Baked Brie Recipe | Taste of Home
My husband loves sauteed mushrooms and I love brie, so I decided to experiment and see if I could create an appetizer that we both love.
After so many attempts, I came up with this recipe that our friends love, too. I like to serve it with baguette slices on the side, to help scoop up the gooey cheesy goodness.

Experimenting a bit tonight with a beef tri-tip. I cut it in half and pounded it flat. The beef was cut into triangular pieces and seasoned with Meat Church Holy Cow. I then wrapped the meat around some cheese, spinach and artichoke stuffed mushrooms I bought from the store. The beef was wrapped with butcher twine and cooked on the BGE until they looked finished. The burger application was best and was super tender and packed with flavor. I made the burger with pepper jack cheese, hot cherry peppers, baby arugula and Sriracha. Next time I will get larger mushrooms and make them myself. The mushroom determines the size of the burger. It was awesome. The pieces on the side were ok, but fell apart and lost its mixture of flavor. The stuffed mushrooms on the side were the ones I used inside.
