In adding Bronya, I want to emphasise two things. One, I am not writing her as a hi3 expy, but as Bronya Rand from hsr. Later down the line I may incorporate things, but I have not played hi3, I've watched 12/13 chapters and I think it would be a disservice for me to even consider the character through the hi3 lens without appreciating who she is within hsr fully. I am also not intending to ship Bronya with Seele from the off, or tbh shipping her at all without substantial work as I see Bronya's priorities elsewhere. Her nation is her priority.

Man, I’m being emotional here but as much as I want to try getting Gepard and/or Bronya in the Standard Warp banner I can’t guarantee if they’ll arrive or they’re going to be Light Cones.

On one hand, it’ll be great having Bronya’s Light Cone like I did with Gepard’s. But on the other hand, it’ll break my 50/50 pity rate.

So part of me thinks that I’ll probably try rolling them on an Event Warp banner since at the very least they’re separate from each other. On the other hand, from what I calculated, I could get a 50/50 chance on the Event Warp banner (I warped around 33 times so if I warped 20 more times, there’s going to be a guarantee)

What are your thoughts on this manner?

The first character I first fell in love with:  it was actually Ann ! When her trailer came out i remember seeing it on twitter and being heart eyes at her (still can't play her tho lmao) The character I never expected to love as much as I do now:  Frederick, with each update he gets better and his involvement in Ashes of Memory is so -chefs kiss- The character everyone else loves that I don’t:  Alva...I get it cause of the whole Luca lore but he's just kinda there for me tbh The character I love that everyone else hates:  Joker (surprise surprise) I know the crimes I will fight for this man, he did all the wrongs in the world and deserves all the karma he gets but that's my lil mew mew. the fandom can cry in a corner they can't handle evil men that aren't conventionally attractive The character I used to love but don’t any longer: ehhh Orpheus, it's not that i don't like him anymore but he feels so flat lately The character I would totally smooch: let me give Ithaqua a big smooch on his forehead my baby The character I’d want to be like:  My god don't wish that upon me (maybe Margaretta cause she classy) The character I’d slap:  Undead and all his mains fuck you all A pairing that I love: Anne and Ganji they need to marry, open a toy shop & live happily ever after (margejoker too but it's mostly cause simp and unattainable muse) A pairing that I despise:  I don't think there's a pairing that I hate. Maybe Antonio with Andrew? Just cause I don't get where it comes from (but then again half the fandom ships are like that so)

The first character I first fell in love with: Serval and I am still feral about her The character I never expected to love as much as I do now:  Bronya, she grew on me specially after the most recent trailblaze mission in Belobog The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Tingyun but i blame it on the story she kinda did nothing for me i hope we get to know what's made of her tho The character I love that everyone else hates: I'm not sure she's hated but I love miss Cocolia Rand. I know she's an npc, i know she's dead (rip the queen) but that's my emotional support weekly boss battle and her fight in the main story is still the most satisfying moments in game The character I used to love but don’t any longer: I don't think i feel out of love with anyone tbh The character I would totally smooch: Aventurine ONE CHANCE PLEASE The character I’d want to be like:  Asta so I can have her bank account The character I’d slap:  Jingyuan's ass A pairing that I love: i mean the brain rot is fresh so AvenDay. But also KafkaBlade these two -grips them- A pairing that I despise:  Danheng and Blade need to stay 50 meters away from each other at all times. Idk if it was the fandom, idk if it was the quest but i really can't see them as a ship

PLOTTING / NOTES : JULY 2024

bronya is a well known character I Think, at least in terms of having more out-of-hi3 appearances and being a bigger play in the game's main narrative than my Other hi3 girl. she is a little bit too complex for me to write a wiki article and feel satisfied the way that i did for elysia, so i'll hit you with the big points for now (you can always read my app if you want an idea of what we're cookin with)

-> bronya is written FOLLOWING the events of hi3 part 1 and APHO chapter 2, which is to say she is taken from what is her current most recent canon point. she is still very much the same person, with her memories and all intact, but there are some big key personality changes that we see in apho. -> PARTICULARLY, this bronya is a much more mellow/much less AI or doll-like version of herself. she's aged out of speaking about herself in the third person and, while she is still very logic oriented and not the most expressive, she is certainly not the same apathetic creature she was before -> bronya is very familiar with the sea of quanta, and very well versed in what bubble universes are. for this reason, any mention of another bronya will certainly not surprise her the way it might a normal person LOL. she's seen em before, she gets the idea. -> this is more of a general thing but all interactions will assume the appearance of her silverwing: n-ex battlesuit as this is canonically how she appears now as of APHO. girlfriend is 25 adult years old. however i will still use images/icons of bronya from before this, as that is the bulk of her content, but i do request my partners keep in mind that her appearance differs. it's a bit stark considering she is like a teenager that is 4 feet tall in all appearances before silverwing lmao. -> speaking of, her current appearance is EXCEPTIONALLY like miss bronya rand hsr, so any characters who may recognize the other are perfectly within their right to make that association haha

now with that said: plotting

desert exploration [requires teyvat muse!]: i think...it would please me (and i haven't actually gotten to write this prompt yet haha). bronya is not Really a history nerd i guess technically and miss ural mountain sniper is not well cut out for the cold BUT i think she could have some fantastic conversation about the situation with a muse who has an idea of what's goin on

runaway dog: she'll be right at home in the weather LOL and there is a lot of room with her and her canonical abilities to Make Things for us to find a creative approach here. i would also be interested in maybe making a lil informal combat encounter out of it tbh if anyone So Desires

cycrane therapy: prompt isnt about cycranes exclusively but it's what comes to mind LMAO the point is i think miss i acted like a robot for ten years would have a real fun time here. she is also really well technology versed and would Probably like to pry one of these things open at least a little bit if that sounds like fun

non board: as always i am down for a little bit of whatever. i love apping characters with few connections and really Seeing Where They Can Go, so i would be most excited to make bronya some friends ^^
