Jessica strolled into the anime district of Toontown as the streetlights lit up. She was always on the lookout for new restaurants to order from and heard good things about a trendy izakaya. She dressed casually with the largest sweat pants she had and a loose t-shirt that exposed a hefty amount of midriff.

She arrived at the establishment and was greeted to the joyful tune of drunken revelry and early 2000s rock music. Jessica took a seat in the lobby and waited for a table to open up. Hopefully there would be one big enough for her.

*The place Onumura Delights defiantly has seating for someone like her and bigger. And it didn't take to long before she was seated. From the looks of it there were a mix of toons from anime and toons from shows who were anime inspired. The place had some stuff on display. Such has some props from old anime such has the tea kettle from ranma 1/2, robin from teen titans belt, Hi Hi puffy amiyumi musical equipment and a replica of the fire rat pelt that inuyasha wears in his show. She was greeted by the person who runs the place. Who was Yumi of puffy amiyumi a cartoon who was base on actual live musicians.*

She walked arm in arm with him, her fingers lightly stroking his arm as he started to speak and then chuckled a little as he spoke of geese. "Geese? In what way are they romantic?" She asked him.

"But if you wish for Geese, who am I to argue with you?" She chuckled softly as she lift her hand and lightly stroked his cheek "But I do not think Geese will wear Bow Ties my love." She smiled up at him.

He could sense her rise in nerves and took her hand giving it a gentle squeeze. " And we will. Sooner rather than later but as you said we do have a few things to take care of before then. First, we'll tell your aunt and then we will pay a visit to your sisters and tell them. Yes? "

He placed her hand upon his bicep and began to walk toward all the little shops.

" Along the way, we will share ideas of which I have plenty. " He gave her a confident smile as they strode along. " Now these ideas might border on the escentric so feel free to vote against them. Idea one? A reception by a pond with a dozen geese! Perhaps we could even manage a few bow toes around their long necks? "

It’s nearing closing time and Jessica matched Ami shot for shot. The other patrons either went home or passed out from the women’s excessive flatulence choking the air. Neither of them seemed ready to quit though signs of inebriation were showing.

Amy watched him as he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a box. Had he really gotten a ring? She felt tears prick at the corner of her eyes as she watched him move down to one knee.

She had heard that Proposals were meant to take your breath away, were meant to make you feel warm, and full of love. Fred Vaughn's proposal hadn't done that. She barely felt anything when he proposed to her.

But as Laurie declared his love, declared his intentions, Amy felt like she was going to burst with all those feelings and more. Her heart raced, her breathing caught in her throat, the prickle of tears turned into actual turns.

She couldn't hide the smile that graced her lips as he asked that one question she had only ever dreamt of him saying.

At first, words escaped her. She was unable to say them. But then, she took a deep breath and nodded. "Yes Laurie, I will marry you. I have only ever dreamt of being your wife, or marrying you."

She bent down a little, her hands cupping his cheeks as she kissed his lips softly.
