It was almost like a game to Tatiana. The vampire had spent years in perfecting it, and now she didn't really need to hunt anymore. She had the ability to make herself more compelling, alluring for the eyes of the people she passed by. She just needed a quick meal, something to satiate the hunger inside her. Tatiana was never too patient, it was not one of her virtues. If she had any was an entirely different topic all together.
Tatiana wore a white dress, one that complimented her figure. She took slow steps to the bar, swaying her hips as she did. In truth, she just wanted to eat and be done with it all. The vampire caught a significant scent. Strong cologne, and ever so close to her. She cast her blue irises over her shoulder, and caught the eyes of a man who was staring at her. He was good looking, that was for sure. Strong jaw, dark eyes with dark hair to match. The vampire had found her target. "Didn't your mother ever teach you it was rude to stare?" // @ofginjxints

Tatiana was at a loss of what to do. She never knew where she stood with Jacob, and the events of a week ago made her question it all the more. She liked the jealously and the things they did together because of it, but a part of her still wondered. There was a knock at the door. "It's open!" Speak of the devil. "Miss me already?" The blonde questioned the dark haired man as he appeared. Tatiana walked over to him, wrapping her arms around him and giving him a little kiss on the lips. "What's the occasion? It's not everyday I get a surprise visit from you."

Tatiana hummed along with the music that played in the studio. The ballerina liked to train alone, where no one could judge her technique expect her. In her pointe shoes and tights, it was just her. Her mind drifted though, drifted to the pair of eyes that watched her performance the night before. It would be generous to call him a lover. The two of them were more like friends, or acquaintances with benefits. Was enemy a bold word? Tatiana and this particular gentlemen never saw eye to eye. Their history was riddled with bickering and arguments, with no clear root to where it came from.
She saw something in his eyes, something dark. When she spoke with her dance partner, eyes dug into her back like daggers. He was jealous. The music suddenly stopped, Tatiana stared at the figure in the mirror. The ballerina presented him with a smile. Her tone was playful and teasing. "What are you doing here?"

"Well, look what the cat dragged in." Tatiana greeted, a somewhat sinister grin on her red lips. She eyed the individual up and down through her glasses, taking in the appearance. "You haven't changed a bit, baby." The nickname dripped off her tongue gracefully, like it was second nature. Considering that she and this man were once engaged, it was normal. Tatiana liked to get a rise out of him, make him flush. "How are you?"

She liked the way he talked. For some reason, this man stuck out ot Tatiana. It wasn't just his dashing good looks or the sweet smell of his blood, it was something else. Something more. She was eager to explore that, but all she needed to do now was be patient. "Good choice." Tatiana complimented on his choice of wine. The vampire thanked the waiter as he brought them the wine, hand already reaching out to grab it.
Tatiana took a sip, the sweet yet tart liquid cascaded down her throat with a light sting. "Hm, it's a bit embarrassing." Tatiana leaned onto the bar with her elbow, resting her head on her hand.
"I had a date, but he never showed up." The lie fell from her lips as if she was saying something as simple as 'hello'. The vampire was an expert at lying on the spot, though she wondered if her new friend could tell deceit. "I couldn't let this dress go to waste though, so I decided to take the reservation anyway." The woman smiled at him, putting on more of her natural charm. "I'm not disappointed though, seeing as I caught your attention."
Luca enjoyed the chase, especially when it was with someone who wasn't fawning at his every word, though his words were definitely more saccharine than usual today.
"So it's a date, your words, not mine." A knowing smile came to his face as he felt her arm wrapping around his. "Lovely, we'll take the 2009 Chateauneuf-du-Pape." He added to the bartender, a lovely vintage for a lovely woman.
"No business tonight, I don't seek out women, whatever happens will happen over the course of an evening." He kept coy about the situation, though he did have a reputation for mingling with new faces more often than not. "And what about yourself? You're not with anybody?"

"Noted." Tatiana replied, and he had the full right to ask her to stop. They were nothing to each other now, so she had no reason to call him any nickname real. "I'm being stalked." Tatiana dropped the bomb, almost too casually. She ran a hand through her hair, strands resting on the sides of her face. "The reason why I asked you to meet me is because...well, you're the only one I can really talk to." Tatiana missed him, but wouldn't say it out loud.

Tatiana nodded. "I'm alright. Just tired, I guess." Both mentally and physically. The show season was brutal, and Tatiana was hellbent on perfection. "The season just ended, and it was brutal." Tatiana laughed. "Honestly, this surprise vacation is exactly what I needed." On top of that, she was dealing with someone that was sending her letters. Letters with details about what he wanted to do to her and how happy they could be together. Tatiana wasn't stupid, she knew she had a stalker. But the police wouldn't do anything about it and she couldn't go to anybody. If there was one thing her mother taught her, was to never be a burden to anyone. "How are you? I haven't seen you in a while..."

tatiana was doing nothing more than to prove his point that she would've complained a lot if he just swept her off her feet and threw her into a plane. his lips spread into a knowing smile. "finally." jacob took the weight of her suitcase on his shoulders, carrying it for her to the car. once they were both safe in the backseat of his black suv, the driver ignited the engine and drove off towards the private airdrome the spades owned. "you've been doing alright?" he asked turning his head to gaze at her. maybe their time apart wasn't that long, but still, jacob liked to make sure she didn't need for anything, and that she was taken care of.

"My bad. Guess old habits die hard." Tatiana knew she sounded catty, and normally she wouldn't care, but this was Thiago she was talking to. Spanish was one of the languages she was fluent in, though she had lost some of it. It happens when you have no one to speak it with. "I've been better." Tatiana spoke honestly, she was never one to sugar coat anything. Tatiana was hopeful when he showed up, meaning that there was still a semblance of what they had. "We need to talk." Tatiana began. "I need your help."
‘‘perdiste el privilegio de llamarme bebe.’‘ the spanish flowing so freely from his lips when he catches the sight of that grin, eyes rolling because he’s here for business. thiago didn’t want to see her, because.. shit part of him still was hung up on her. the other part just hated the way she still had some effect on him. ‘‘--fine. you?’‘ she couldn’t make much conversation with him if he was short with her right?

Tatiana rolled her eyes. "You're so cute when you're bossy." The ballerina teased, before turning her attention back to packing. "Hold on, damn it. I need to be sure everything is good." She took about another minute or two, making sure she had her essentials with her and making sure her house was in good condition. She finally closed the suitcase, filled with everything from bathing suits and sundresses. "Okay, I'm ready now." She was excited to see where he was taking her. Tatiana could forget about her little problem now, and she could focus on this gift that Jacob had given her. Tatiana felt like this was a step up for them, she wanted something more with Jacob despite her insecurities. "After you."

"you would complain about something." jacob pointed towards her bag, highlighting the heavy packing she was doing. she might not complain about being kidnapped by him, but she would definitely complain about not packing essential things for her. clothes, make-up and the likes. stuff women couldn't live a day without. "you said you wouldn't complain about being whisked away. that implies taken to a secret location. you'll just have to wait and see." jacob lifted his shoulders. "are you done yet? we have a plane waiting for us."

"You're not bad looking either." Tatiana spoke with a tone that indicated nothing short of humor. She had learned how to fit into every situation, fool people and tell them what they want to hear. Well, Gianluca's good looks were fact. She could not deny that.
Perhaps her glamour was working a bit too well. He was lucky he was handsome. "A bit forward for a first date, isn't it?" The vampire teased. She took his arm, hands barely rapped around it. He was well built, which made it all the more exciting for Tatiana. A thought crossed her mind. Perhaps tonight didn't need to be a quick meal only.
"I'll have some red wine." Tatiana told the waiter, and let the man make his own order. "You can never go wrong with red wine." The woman spoke calmly, making conversation. It was a bit theatrical to say that red wine resembled blood, but it really did. Tatiana thought so, anyway. "So tell me, what are you doing here? Some business meeting, a deal...or are you just here for the women?" The vampire chuckled softly. Her hand falling on his arm once again. "I'm teasing."
Luca snickered at her repeating his full name back at him. She was going to be a challenge, but he was up for it. He shook her hand, taken by how soft her skin was, and perhaps letting it go for a moment too long before letting go. "No, as it goes I think you're the most beautiful woman I've laid my eyes on." He was candid, it was odd, but it was the first thing that came to his head. He wasn't usually like this but there was something about her that caused a blatant honesty, like she was the sun and he was in her orbit.
"Of course. Whatever you want. All night." He gestured toward the bar, not planning to go anywhere and prepared to pay her tab whatever it might be. "Top shelf liquor, end of the menu wine, damn, I'll give you my damn car." He chuckled, really really not understanding what was coming from him but knowing it was right.

"I think you know wholeheartedly I would not complain about that." The blonde winked in his direction. "You can whisk me away any time." She turned her attention back to the clothes she was going to wear. "Thank you." The ballerina grabbed a few of her sundresses. Her favorite included. It was red, with a golden flower pattern on it. She got it on sale in a boutique not too far from here. Next came the bathing suits, and she made sure to take her time as to not forget anything. "Jacob, milyy, you still haven't told me where we're going." Tatiana had a habit of using Russian terms of endearment for him, they slipped off the tongue well. "Or is that also a surprise?"
♠️ ♠️ ♠️
jacob dragged two or three more puffs of his cigarette before letting it rest in the ashtray, following after her in her bedroom, stopping at the door, shoulder leaning against the frame. "damp?" jacob lifted an eyebrow, letting a low chuckle erupt from his throat. right, women. sometimes the fact that women needed to know everything in order to be prepared evaded him. "you should be thankful i didn't kidnap you out of your bed. i decided against it last time." hands slipped into the pockets of his jeans, eyes following her around the room. "it's warm."

Tatiana offered him a smile. Her hand extended towards his, grabbing it ever so gently. The vampire eyed him up and down. He was the definition of handsome. The idea of even getting to bite into those broad shoulders of his made her want to pounce right there and then. However, composure was something she prided herself on. Patience, and all good things would come.
Needless to say, she had hit the jackpot. "Tatiana." The woman introduced herself. "It's nice to meet you, Gianluca." She made a point to use his full name. They were not friends, after all. Far from it. "You like what you see, huh? I bet you say that to every girl that walks in here." Tatiana said with a laugh, before playfully shoving his shoulder. "I'm teasing."
Tatiana could hear the blood in his veins, smell it even. When she was first turned, she was annoyed by these new found abilities. She could smell everything. She could hear everything. Glasses would shatter in her hands with the slightest pressure. But over time, when she mastered them, they became so useful. "Well? Aren't you going to buy me a drink?"
Luca was at his usual haunt, a place that a friend of his owned and so he found no shame in being a bar fly there. It was close enough to his office in town for more of his legitimate businesses and he had head-ached over a deal so much that he left his sister to it and had gone to the bar.
With a glass of chianti in hand, he had mostly kept to himself until he saw a vision in white from his peripheral vision. He was absolutely taken by her, so much so he whipped his head around as she approached the bar. He was incredibly impulsive, almost more than usual as he took no time in abandoning his drink altogether and following close behind her. She had stopped at the bar and he was just behind her, not even sure what to say to her when she broke the silence for them.
"Well I like what I see, I'm not exactly a subtle man, I know. Gianluca, but friends call me Luca." He stood beside her, extended his hand in introduction. He had to know who she was.
