Selena began to follow him. Staying a few steps behind him as he walked. The two would travel for hours, every time Selena seemed to slow down she would rest a few minutes before continuing.

Finally, the moon rose to the highest, and the path in front of them became to dark to see. "About time we set up camp for the night. I'll start a fire."

{The older gentleman lifted his head curiously when he heard the sounds of your nearing footsteps, your feet gently crunched on the autumn leaves that littered the graveyard. You hear as he clears his throat, you finally turn to look at him.}

“Well then..” {He spoke, voice gentle as ever so as to not spook you.} “..I don’t believe graveyards get many visitors, especially this one-“ {He notes, taking in the disheveled and unkempt appearance of Mère-Lachaiselongue Cemetery before meeting your gaze once again.} “I’m Regis, and you are..?”

The first thing Selena noticed as she woke up was the pain. It had felt like she had been trampled, like every rib in her body had been broken.

The huntress weakly sat up, wincing before looking down at her now bandaged body. What had happened the night before? She couldn't remember. "Hello...?" Selena called out.

' Are you hurt? ' (Aevon)

Selena turned to look over at him. She was panting, tar dripping off her armor and the dual blades in her hands. "Get out of here. Now." Selena told him as she stood up. "GO NOW!"

From the black fog surronding the weapon storage. A large black spear, easily 3x the size of Aevon pierced through the air, sending out streaks of tar and oil falling to the ground. A massive claw scratched across the stone of where the two standed, Selena pushing Aevon out of the way as the claw sent her flying. "R-run!"

“Well a room will be provided based on your preferences” he remarked “It should be the first door on the right down that corridor” he pointed to it. “There should be a bed for Neko and Inu as well” he smiled sweetly. “Oh! I forgot to mention…the TARDIS is telepathic…that is the ship you are currently inside” he gestured to the whole ship.

"I hope so!" She growled, everything hurt. She had been out with Caranthir, gathering some resources. When a Rajang jumped down and began to attack them. She had beem pick up by the Rajang and thrown into a wall. Luckily, another hunter appeared and fought the Rajang. Leaving Caranthir and Selena by themselves.

"It didn't hurt you though, did it?" Selena asked through her pain. She held her hands over her heart, shielding it.

Little Eredin ran up to Selena and embraced her legs, hugging her. He didn't know how he knew her or where he had seen her, but his gut told him that she was kind and lovable.

"Hi…" The little elfling greeted him politely and looked at the large beetle sitting on her shoulder. This creature also seemed strangely familiar to him, but it looked very pleasant.

Then Ciri approached them and smiled at the sight of the huntress.

"Hello, Selena. How are you?" The witcheress greeted politely, glancing at her little elfling. "Do you remember Eredin? He's a bit bigger now since you last saw him."

"Why hello Eredin. My you have grown so much!" Selena smiled, she crouched down and hugged the young boy back. She stood up when Ciri spoke. "Greetings Ciri, it's been quite awhile since I've last seen you. I've been doing good. How about you?

Selena stared at her. Looking incredibly confused by what she had just said. "I... what?" The monster hunter didn't look like she was from the kingdom. She didn't look like she was from anywhere nearby. Mainly because she wasn't.

One moment she was investigating some strange runes in an some old ruins, next thing she knew was there was a bright flash of light and what felt like her falling, next she had stumbled into this room. If she had to guess, she accidentally activated an ancient portal.

"Why... why would I want to seduce a dragon?" Had Selena heard her right? "I... I think I've hit my head."

Misericordia wasn't even expecting a visitor in her court today or bursting into her war room as she planned her attack against Kassandros, again, for what felt like the ninth billionth time. "I haven't had anyone come in and disturb me for centuries," she said, slowly turning around to face the intruder. "I hope you don't think you'll leave out of here alive or get a thing from me. I'm not one of those pesky dragons you can seduce with words and whatnot."

Selena looked down at the weapon on the ground. "Ugh... my head..." she stepped back and fell to her knees. Just what had she even been doing here? She tried to remember, but everything was fuzzy. "What happened... where am I?"

Selena Silverthorne had just set up camp when it all happened. She was on her way home from a hunt when her, her palico Neko, and her palumut Inu's camp was set ablaze, and with it most of her supplies. It didn't help that her armor hadn't been built to withstand fire. In the chaos she had gotten separated from Neko and Inu. All she could hope now was that they were safe.

Selena got to her feet, using her long sword as a cruch to help her stand. She waited until the rider got back back. When they did she looked up at the leader of the riders. "Thank you sir." She gave him a bow. "I am in your debt."

An Old Bear (open RP for all)

The frost of the forest was beginning to numb your characters bones, you could hear your pursuers behind them, vicious and baying like feral dogs, the crunch of the cold ground below them was the only reminder that they were still alive, the adrenaline had worn off half an hour ago when they got out of sight of their burning home.

the dense forest had not stopped their hunters and it seemed like the forest only got thicker and more difficult to run in. They fell to the ground panting and chattering in the cold. The snap of a stick before them tore their gaze up, how had they circled around them and gotten in front of them so quickly?!, what met their gaze was a bear of pure white. The great beast was armoured and yet moved with such quiet grace in the snow.

"shh" a voice said, and that's when your character looked up and saw there was a man riding the bear, a broad shouldered man with wizened grey hair and beard. In the dark of the night it was difficult to make out but they were sure the old man had a cruel smile on his face. In one hand he held the saddle of the bear and in the other a great glaive. He nudged the bear forward and made a short whistling sound, that had it been day, would have matched the noise of a bird. from the dense dark of the forest more bears padded out softly with riders upon their backs.

"stay here" their leader said as riders walked their mounts right past your character and towards the still approaching pursuers silently.

Very soon, the cackling and shouts of the hunting party turned to exclamations of surprise and then into screams of terror and panic as the roar of the bears silenced them.

Selena panted as she looked down at the now dead monster. She had been hunting it for 14 hours now and was completely exhausted. The huntress fell onto her back and looked up at the stars above her. She laid there, catching her breath. Only sitting up when she heard someone approach.
