So how does Grayfia like to be pampered by her husband and her sister in law? Or does she pamper them?

She, more than anything, sees it as a give and take relationship in terms of pampering. She's quite large nowadays, easily a few hundred pounds past obese, but she still is quite mobile and maneuvers herself well.

Her husband, being thin, looks after her and feeds her when she is hungry, and takes care of things she feels she can't take care of herself. Rias helps with the food as well, mostly cooking for her sister-in-law more than anything.

But Grayfia refuses to be complacent as Head Maid, so she'll still handle most of the cleaning, cooking, and general servile business. She does quite like teasing her little sister-in-law about her weight, though. (Rias isn't as happy with her flab as Grayfia is with hers.)
