Well today in the UK and in other countries potentially and possibly: It’s Mother’s Day 2024! A day to celebrate the mums, grandmothers and maternal figures in our lives that is celebrated every second Sunday in March! There are many amazing and awesome mums and mothers around and we are grateful to have them bring us in the world, raise us and care for us massively! They may not be perfect but they’re better than nothing! Happy Mother’s Day 2024!

It is Daughters birthday festival week and today is Mumday. Daughter has organised some fun activities for us to do today. Sadly it is a cold rainy day but we will do our best not to let it ruin our fun. There will be some quilting happening too as Daughter has to finish her quilt for tomorrow. I finished the quilting last night so we just have to square up, bind and add a label today. I want to make something with my practice quilting swatches too but not today. I better get moving. Lots to do before Daughter arrives to pick me up for our adventure day.
