Here’s a sketch and idea I’ve been working on. So this girl is from another planet. Their air is different enough there that she has to breathe in an air bubble til she becomes more accustomed to the air on the planet she is visiting. Her home planet is the big one in the background actually. There is a window behind her from where she can see the city in the distance which is a fair distance from where she is staying. I was inspired by the old masters portraits where they have the “sitter” or subject in the middle area of the frame and have a whole world or story painted behind the subject. So I decided to try the same concept but with a futuristic setting. :) This is a sketch in its raw form but I might further develop it or turn it into a finished piece, I’m not sure yet. What do y’all think?
