Memories:

Grocery shopping at Wegmans. Oh, how we miss Wegmans. Wanted to ge down on my knees the first time through the door 😎

Shopping excursion with long time besties, Kate and Sandi, followed by a lovely lunch. Girl time!

Playground next door to the apartment complex at Abraham Lincoln Park with Kelly and the kids. Cool park, sure to visit quite often. Will have to check out the trails down to the bay and through the woods.

Lollipop Farm (SCPA) with Kelly and the kids. Harper loves the "cat"(s). Avoided the dog area; last time I went into the dog section, 40 years ago, I left with a dog, not a good idea today. Saw rabbits, mice, llamas, eumus, horses, pigs (the biggest pig ever!). A nice town park next door for the kids to run around in.

Hiking Linear Park in Penfield with Paul. Never knew the park was there, beautiful.

Rochester Museum and Science Center with Kelly and the kids. Great museum, even with little kids. Changing up a few exhibits and remodeling the restaurant, so a quicker visit than last year.

Boat ride aboard MV Magnolia along the Erie Canal from Pittsford to Fairport. Have not seen Anthony and Annette since Long Island, in the Bahamas, around 3 years ago. Thanks for your hospitality! The kids all had a blast on the boat ride and we enjoyed your company at dinner at Mulconry's Irish Pub.

Seabreeze with Kelly and the kids. This place is a little gem. Small amusement park and water park. Great family fun!

Bowling outing with just Mason. Bowled the first game without bumpers and he did fantastic. Second game with bumpers, well, we all did better. Fun day with our man!

Seneca Park Zoo with Kelly and the kids. Always a good day at the local zoo.

Boating on Lake Ontario with long time friends, Sandi and Marty. So good to be out on the water 😎. Beers and munchies at Wood Kettle Brewing. Thanks for the awesome evening!

Fairport Music Festival with Kelly, Eric, and the kids, all proceeds to benefit the Golisano Children's Hospital, so an excellent cause. Plenty of cold beer and music. And who will ever forget the 70 plus year old dancing his ass off to the reggae band; wish my achy joints could move like that....

Webster First Responder's Spray Park. What a fabulous little spray park for young kids. Wish this was around when our kids were young.

Hiking the trails behind Abraham Lincoln Park with Paul. A little buggy, but a nice trail down to Irondequoit Bay. Found a lovely town lodge bayside that is in use during the week for the Bayview YMCA, where our girls went to summer camp. Good 3 mile hike down and back.

Labor Day weekend visit with Nicole, Jonathan, Aiden, and Hudson. So rare to have both my girls and their families together. Outings to Letchworth State Park, Ninja warrior playground at Cobbs Hill, Swillburg downtown for some pinball and other arcade game action, Rohrbachs brewery for, beer, of course. Enjoyed every moment of our time together as one big happy family.

Strong Museum of Play with just Mason. This place is so amazing, so much to see, to much really in a single visit. Mason had a blast, made a new friend 😎

Powers Farm Market with Kelly, Eric, and the kids. They were still setting up for Halloween, but the tractor ride was still cool, just not as scary 👻

Dinner with Kate, Frank, Sandi, and Marty, long time friends, at Captain Jacks in Sodus Point, the place of numerous memories. Fun evening with the best of friends.

Stokoe Farms with Kelly, Eric, and the kids. What a cool place! Lot of fall activities to do, but such a warm day, it felt like summer, not that I would complain....

Kidney Walk at Charlotte Pier, good cause to support my grandson. GO TEAM MIGHTY MASON!!!

Hearing your granddaughter say "Grandma" for the first time, priceless! 😘

Saying goodbye to this amazing family and having your grandson say "I love you, Grandma." Priceless beyond words ❤️
