Stolitz's "not breakup" tells us a LOT about Blitz's history with dating.

We can see that he thought Stolas would immediately take him back when he put on that fuckboy persona. And that they'd have go back to the "way things were". That's probably what he's done to recover from fights in all his past relationships.

But Stolas sees right through it and tells him how much it hurts him. How hurt he is and how he can see how fake his persona is, and attempts to force him to open up. And for a second he actually does! Before going to his defense mechanism of deflection.

The difference of Blitz with Stolas after Apology Tour than with all other relationships he's been in, is that we get to see what happens when he thinks that he's been discarded. When he's unable to tell Stolas fully how he feels or even admit to himself how he feels and dances around the subject.

He asks Stolas while he's drunk about it all because it's low risk. Because he's afraid of the feelings. And if he's had feelings like this before with other people and afraid of letting people in, this makes sense.

Then when he tells with his body language for Stolas to go with BTB guy, that's when he gives up. He feels as if he isn't worth staying for. That instead of getting hurt further, it's better to push them away.

Something that he probably did with every single other person at that party. And they took it as "ghosting" them. And then they never follow up about it. They just stew in their anger.

The difference with Stolas is I don't think he can love anyone else. And Blitz will have to be shown that he IS wanted. That he IS worth staying for. Someone to look his way.

I don't know if I scewed the results by focusing on the 'Yes' option as Blitz being self deprecating. But I'm honestly surprised at how many people think that Blitz thinks Stolas has just moved on from him that easily.

Now, many of us know of course that Stolas hasn't. But I'm not sure if thinking that Blitz thinks he has says something about Blitz or about Stolas.

Personally in my humble Blitz kin opinion, I feel as though Blitz knows better than anyone that Stolas needed to have fun and have a good time. Sure he was jealous at BTB guy but he was only jealous/mad *at* BTB. Not at Stolas. I know that his glance at Stolas at the end when he's watching him dance leaves much to be desired for Blitz's hopes for the relationship. But I don't think that he thinks Stolas has moved on. I think he would have to see more proof.

What I DO think he thinks, is that he doesn't know how to approach this potential relationship still. And now that he knows what Stolas wants, (grand gestures, romance, etc). But as my other mutuals have said so eloquently, if he doesn't act on that knowledge, he will lose him.
