FALL IS MY FAVORITE!
for many reasons, and I'm going to make my famous bullet point list telling you all why:
my 21st birthday  (august 19th!)
moving back into the ChiO house!
new classes at MTSU!
FOOTBALL AND WRESTLING!
all the fun activities!
pumpkin spice everything!
decorating the house for all the fun holidays!
All the cute t-shirts/tanks/sweaters that are created!
I think that this year will bring great things to not only myself, but the chapter! So many great things are planned, but I personally can not wait for recruitment! Last year was my first, and I had a blast!!!

Everyone has their own experience...
Don't go into recruitment with an outline of "which sorority I want, by rank." If you go in with that mind set, chances are you will be disappointed. Give everyone a chance, just like they are giving you.
The last sorority I ever thought about was Chi Omega, but look where I am today.
I am a classier, harder working individual because of my chapter at MTSU.
We have been through some hard times, and came out even stronger and I feel like I KNOW the true meaning of sisterhood because of that.
Keep and maintain an open mind. Ask questions, but not questions concerning "reputations" or "dues"... ask if its financially do-able. How much time you will need to commit, etc. Open your heart up to these women, so you can make a good decision.
Learn and grow in recruitment and with whatever sorority you choose, just as I did with ChiO at MTSU.

The funny things of life
For the past three months, I have been stressing on how I was going to pay for college. I received rejection letter after rejection letter stating that I did not receive any scholarship money from companies and schools. I was severely hurt. I cried damn near every night. I saw my dreams slipping away. About 4 or 5 nights ago , I had a complete breakdown which lead me to be crying in a shower for at least an hour. Today,April 29th, I received a full scholarship to Middle Tennessee State University. Although I wasn't thrilled at first, I am completely happy now. God and the Universe know how to shake you up just enough. But as everyone says, "God never gives you more that you can handle." Im excited about the next 4 years from here. The grind never stops
