Dinner tonight - I bought a top sirloin steak and tossed it in the back of my freezer a few weeks back. Took it out and decided to marinate it in Bulgogi Korean BBQ. So after 8 hours in the sauce, I cooked it up with some Mashed Garlic Cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. I need to get off the ‘taters, so cauliflower it will be moving forward. On Saturday, I went outside and sat in front of a restaurant watching multiple people going in and out of #TacosLaVilla. I had eaten there before and had fallen into a food coma afterward. So why not have it again. This was a half order of Carne Asada Fries. Cheese, Peppers and Onions and beautifully seasoned steak. Last time I had this meal, I added guacamole. I just kept it very basic this time. I cannot eat as much as I would like, so this half order lasted a few days. I have never been a crinkle fries fan, but they were the perfect base of this meal. LeRhaun always talked about the Carne Asada Fries in San Diego. I imagine that he would have enjoyed #TacosLaVilla.
