WHAT TO DO IN MALAGA BY CRUISE SHIP?
🛳️Mirador de Giblarfaro is one of the most breathtaking views of the city. Surrounded by pine trees, receives daily hundreds of tourists who come here to enjoy this view. It is placed on Giblarfaro Hill. It can be approached on foot from the city centre or following the road that goes around Giblarfaro neighbourhood.
🔵Alhambra Alhambra is a palace and fortress complex located in Granada. It was originally constructed as a small fortress in 889 and then largely ignored until its ruins were renovated and rebuilt in the mid-11th century by the Moorish king Mohammed ben Al-Ahmar of the Kingdom of Granada, who built its current palace and walls. It was converted into a royal palace in 1333 by Yusuf I, Sultan of Granada.
🛳 El Castillo de Gibralfaro El Castillo de Gibralfaro is a Muslim fortress built on a hill in the middle of the city. As the highest point in the centre, you can view all of Malaga, including the harbour in the south and the fisherman's neighbourhood.
🔵Marbella The most famous resort on the Costa del Sol, Marbella retains its original charm, with cobbled streets whitewashed houses and Gothic-style architecture. Trendy boutiques and open-air cafés add a bit of the contemporary to this tourist favourite.
🛳️Malaga Cathedral The Cathedral of Málaga is a Roman Catholic church in the city of Málaga in Andalusia in southern Spain. It is in the Renaissance architectural tradition.
🔵Pablo Picasso Museum Over 155 works of the famed painter, donated by Picasso's family, are proudly displayed in this museum dedicated to its celebrated residents.
🛳️Alcazaba Built between 1057 and 1063, this is probably the most important military fortification remaining from the Hispanic-Arabic period.

Hey, your fellow human again (or maybe I am a dinosaur too *looks suspiciously*)
Thanks for replying to me and sharing your stuff. Sorry life is being hard for you, but I can say I know how you're feeling.
I've struggled with my fair share of eating disorders and depression. I've visited a psychiatrist too and given medication and I have to say that helped my mood more than our sessions. But this was a couple years ago, now I'm coping (hardly maybe) in a limbo state, if that makes sense.
Unfortunately, the giving up part is a thing for me too. I'm in my second Msc semester, I try to do this one thing for me to help my future, but I dont know why. The frustrating part is that I KNOW its a good thing, but... oh well...
Also, the bothering-your-friends... phew. I know I love them, and they love me, and they understand and they want to talk and help.... but well I dont have to explain the situation to you, right? So, to not talk to them, makes you to close into yourself more, which makes your emotional state worse....
That all to say that you're trying and you are doing great! You are taking it all in your own pace and thats what matters!
On a happier note.... How great the Legend of Vox Machina is!? Hope it gets the recognition it deserves so they can eventually animate and the second campaign (i am a little biased... the mighty nein will forever have a place in my heart)
Hello again fellow dinosaur human, sorry for the late response, I got real busy and really stressed out and there were a couple of nights of no sleep and being delirious afterwards so I thought it best to not even try to reply then.
(I don't have the best track record with keeping my head straight on those messy days and words are hard on any given day, so.. yeah.)
I wanted to thank you for being so open about your own struggles, I feel like a lot of the heavy weight of struggling with my mental health went away when I realised there were people who shared my struggle, people who were also barely coping but doing their best. When I realised I wasn't alone in all of this messy life stuff. So I try to be open and talk about my own issues, hoping maybe it will be helpful to someone else out there.
I definitely feel you on the limbo state, that's what most of the past year has felt like, though therapy and my time in the rehabilitation facility has helped. Not necessarily to figure out what to do, but just to know it will eventually end and things will get better again. That there will be lighter days again, someday. So I hope that maybe you can hold on to that hope, too. Because it's just a matter of time, but things will turn right side up again.
And from past experience, the friends that are the right friends for you (that are good friends) will stick around, and they will understand. I know I have really great friends and still I worry every time I fall behind again.
I just try to keep the weight off of them these days, maybe more than I used to. I don't know if it's the getting older part, or the fact that their lives have gotten so much bigger (one of my friends has a kid now, another is married) and I just don't want to put all this extra weight on them that's my responsibility, especially not if I have a therapist and group therapy. Like, all I ever want, all I've ever wanted, was for the people I care about to be happy, however that makes itself apparent in their lives, and like.. I feel like a lot of them have gotten there now and my presence in their lives feels a bit like a footnote, and learning to be okay with that is hard because when I look at my life they are still such a big part of it, and so important. But I guess that really is just life being what it is, and change.
Anyway, that's enough rambles from me.
The Legend of Vox Machina is everything I could have hoped for and more. It is SO GOOD. And I am definitely riding the CR wave atm, Horizon Forbidden West is coming out tomorrow and I'm still reading all the CR fic, idk. That's hyperfixations for you, I guess.. I'm sure it'll switch back in the worst possible moment and I'll drop out of the third CR campaign, but for now I'm just excited to have been a part of it and to see just how well they did in making their dream come to life.

Exosome Technologies Market Projected to Gain Significant Value by 2031
Exosome Technologies Market: Introduction
According to the report, the global exosome technologies market was valued over US$ 31 Mn in 2020 and is projected to expand at a CAGR of ~24% from 2021 to 2031. Exosomes are extracellular vehicles secreted from human body cells. Exosomes play a crucial role in the intercellular transportation of protein and RNA. Recently, exosomes have been tested for numerous therapeutic applications, including biomarkers, drug delivery systems, and therapies for diseases such as cancer, renal neurological, and cardiovascular diseases. Increase in awareness about exosome technologies & government initiatives are the key factors projected to drive the global exosome technologies market during the forecast period. North America held major share of the global exosome technologies market in 2020, owing to high incidence rate of chronic diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases, technological advancements, and rise in acceptance of these technologies in the region. Moreover, strategies adopted by key players are anticipated to augment the market in the U.S. The exosome technologies market in the Asia Pacific is expected to expand at a CAGR of 8.5% from 2021 to 2031 due to government initiatives to improve healthcare infrastructure.

Rise in Prevalence of Chronic Diseases to Drive Global Market
The prevalence of cardiovascular diseases has increased across the globe due to change in dietary habits. According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention statistics, heart diseases account for nearly 655,000 deaths in the U.S. each year. Cancer is also a leading cause of death globally, caused due to lifestyle-related factors such as alcohol consumption, tobacco consumption, and some food-related factors. According to the World Health Organization statistics, in 2018, an estimated 18.1 million new cases of cancer and 9.6 million deaths were reported across the globe. Aging is considered a major risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases. Therefore, a surge in the geriatric population contributes to the increase in the number of patients with various brain diseases. Moreover, changing environmental conditions and human behavior affect the spread and impact of infectious diseases. Therefore, rise in prevalence of various chronic diseases is likely to boost the global exosomes technologies market during the forecast period.

Loaded Cargo Held Major Share of Exosome Technologies Market
In terms of exosome type, the global exosome technologies market has been bifurcated into loaded cargo and non-cargo. The loaded cargo segment dominated the market in 2020. NASA Science Heading to Space Ranges from the Upper Atmosphere to Microbes
SpaceX - Dragon CRS-14 Mission patch. March 16, 2018
SpaceX Dragon commercial resupply, arrival at ISS. Image Credit: NASA
A Dragon spacecraft scheduled to launch into orbit no earlier than April 2, carries the 14th SpaceX commercial resupply mission to the International Space Station for NASA. Lifted into orbit atop a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, Dragon takes supplies, equipment and scientific research to crew members living and working aboard the station. This flight delivers scientific investigations looking at severe thunderstorms on Earth, the effects of microgravity on production of high-performance products from metal powders, and growing food in space. Dragon also carries cargo for research in the National Laboratory, operated by the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS), including testing the effects of the harsh space environment on materials, coatings and components; identifying potential pathogens aboard the station; and investigating an antibiotic-releasing wound patch.
Image above: From left, Matthew Romeyn and Dr. Ye Zhang, project scientists, place Arabidopsis seeds in Veggie Passive Orbital Nutrient Delivery System (PONDS) units inside a laboratory at the Space Station Processing Facility at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Image Credits: NASA/Daniel Casper. Highlights of research to be delivered to the station include: Capturing Sprites and Elves The Atmosphere-Space Interactions Monitor (ASIM) surveys severe thunderstorms in Earth’s atmosphere and upper-atmospheric lightning, or transient luminous events. These include sprites, flashes caused by electrical break-down in the mesosphere; the blue jet, a discharge from cloud tops upward into the stratosphere; and ELVES, concentric rings of emissions caused by an electromagnetic pulse in the ionosphere.
Image above: A view of ASIM being prepared for launch. Image Credit: NASA. ASIM advances understanding of the effect of thunderstorms on Earth’s atmosphere, helping to improve atmospheric models and meteorological and climatological predictions. It also contributes to understanding the effect of dust storms, urban pollutants, forest fires, and volcanoes on cloud formation, as well as electrification and intensification of hurricanes and their relation to eye-wall lightning activity. Metal Powder Fabrication The NASA Sample Cartridge Assembly (MSL SCA-GEDS-German) experiment determines underlying scientific principles for a fabrication process known as liquid phase sintering, in microgravity and Earth-gravity conditions. On earth, liquid phase sintering works like building a sandcastle with just-wet-enough sand; heating a powder forms interparticle bonds and formation of a liquid phase accelerates this solidification, creating a rigid structure. But in microgravity, settling of powder grains does not occur and larger pores form, creating more porous and distorted samples than Earth-based sintering. Sintering has diverse applications on Earth, including in metal cutting tools, automotive engine connecting rods, and self-lubricating bearings. It has potential as a way to perform in-space fabrication and repair, such as building structures on the moon or creating replacement parts during extraterrestrial exploration. Testing Materials in Space The Materials ISS Experiment Flight Facility (MISSE-FF) provides a unique platform for testing how materials, coatings, and components react in the harsh environment of space, which includes exposure to ultraviolet and ionizing radiation, atomic oxygen, charged particles, thermal cycles, electromagnetic radiation, and micro-meteoroids.
Image above: The Materials ISS Experiment Flight Facility (MISSE-FF) with MISSE Sample Carriers (MSCs) in the fully open position exposing samples/experiments to the harsh environment of space in low-Earth Orbit (LEO). Image courtesy of Alpha Space. Image Credit: Alpha Space. A continuation of previous MISSE payloads, MISSE-FF’s new design eliminates the need for Extravehicular Activities (EVA) for these investigations. New technology includes power and data collection options and the ability to take pictures of each sample on a monthly basis, or more often if required, allowing scientists to monitor sample status throughout flight. The testing benefits a variety of industries, including automotive, aeronautics, energy, space, and transportation. Patching up Wounds NanoRacks Module 74 Wound Healing (Wound Healing) tests a patch containing an antimicrobial hydrogel that promotes healing of a wound while acting as a scaffold for regenerating tissue. Reduced fluid motion in microgravity allows more precise analysis of the hydrogel behavior and controlled release of the antibiotic from the patch. This novel patch could serve as a non-surgical treatment for military combat wounds and reduce sepsis, or systemic inflammation, usually caused by contamination of an open wound. Currently, no wound dressing can sustain release of antibiotics or other agents directly to the wound site while simultaneously maintaining the structural integrity necessary for successful wound healing. Drug Development in Space Comparative Real-time Metabolic Activity Tracking for Improved Therapeutic Assessment Screening Panels (Metabolic Tracking) examines effects of microgravity on the metabolic impact of five different therapeutic compounds, evaluating the use of autobioluminescent human tissue culture for continuous tracking of metabolic activity without destroying the sample. This investigation determines the feasibility of developing improved pharmaceuticals in microgravity using a new method to test the metabolic impacts of drug compounds. This could lead to more effective, less expensive drugs. These investigations are just a sample of the new science to be conducted aboard the orbiting microgravity laboratory. Happy New Year
I waited until after midnight to write this. To be perfectly honest, 2017 was a bit of a disaster that culminated in me trying to cut 200 words from an assignment due on Wednesday. Because MSc students don’t get holidays.
Between this degree, horrible physical health, and crappy mental health, I declare 2017 a washout and I’m glad to see the back of it. The best parts were my niece being born and @littlesnowarrow and @novamm66 visiting. They, and you all, have got me through it, and I love you all for it.
Especial thanks (in no particular order) to:
@lechatrouge673 for looking after me virtually when I was drunk, talking to me while I while I waited for the pain killers to kick in, being an awesome beta, and Bitch Planet.
@trulycertain for granting me minion status, chats about England v Scotland, and making me cry over Gal and Dorian (I love it)
@slothquisitor for funny teacher stories, eternal sympathy, regular check ins, encouraging ridiculous prompts, and AUs of AUs.
@casforpenelope for always being there for love, prayers, and veterinary advice. Remember the rainbow poop?
@littlesnowarrow for whiskey older than you, birthday stories, a list of ridiculous quotes on my phone, encouraging CR babbling, and dinosaurs eating knights. Go on, be a Druid.
@novamm66 for always understanding, worrying about me when I was beyond worrying about myself, beautiful art just for me, hugging through the tears, the best smelling soap ever, car karaoke, and making me feel like The One was reaching someone.
@thesecondsealwrites for Carry it Even, pausing your work to help me with horsey stuff for uni, the wannabe Mabari, every pony Sunday, and sexlaughterhonesty becoming an autocorrect suggestion in my phone.
@sarcasmfish for corgis always being a suggestion, swapping dog pics, always Alistair, and encouraging a ZR obsession (I love Sam Yao, I will get back to running this year).
@rhetoricalrogue for your kids especially Rolfe and Vincent, making me look up YouTube videos of people playing Until Dawn, always offering to help, and recommending I buy Fallout 4 (which I have been playing solidly for the last month)
2018 will be better. This time next year I should be a new graduate. I may actually have time to write. I’m determined Mischief will steal less chocolate this year. And I will try to keep up with you all a little better.
Slaíte mhath.
