  On this day, January 25th, Eros and Ama will say their vows and start their lives as a unique and weird, fun and fantastic, rule-bending married couple. Eros’ wedding outfit is a beautiful white suit with accents of gold and a crown of the same flowers in Ama’s bouquet. He will change outfits to a deep burgundy suit to complement the lovely dress his new wife will be wearing.

The Bride

Amaterasu Omikami's bridal gown consists of a very simple "something new" cape dress in ivory white. Her bouquet was arranged by the lovely @mppersephone, one of her bridesmaids, while all her make up and hair was styled by the goddess herself. Her "something borrowed" is an enchanted garter from Hathor's shop, her "something old" is the rose gold hair ornament that can be traced back to the Meiji era, while her "something blue" are the deep sapphire-almost black-earrings that seemed to absorb the goddess' divine energy. She will be changing to a burgundy slip dress for the reception plus one extra special outfit.

On January 25, in front of all those whom they call their friends and family, Amaterasu and Eros will officially become, for all legal and mortal purposes: man and wife. Though their hearts and souls have already been intertwined to what feels like longer, this step is a testatement of their love and committment to each other. This day, they declare their acceptance and connection with each other, and their promise to grow both as a couple and dieties that radiate love and warmth to all.

A Little Piece of Haven | Joong & JJ

Jungjin was quite impressed with the turn out of the event. The whole library looked beautiful he could hardly believe the location could be used like this, but it seemed right knowing that Amaterasu spends a lot of her time here. 

The honey brown-haired demigod was being polite when speaking with others hanging around Woojin all until they got separated. The young man was quiet as he walked around waiting for the wedding to begin, and as more people walked in he noticed him.  Joong had striking white hair that complimented the dark red and black colors he wore for his outfit. Just seeing his friend clean up so well had him in awe forgetting how to speak only to stare. It was a short amount of time staring across the room when their eyes suddenly meet and for a moment JJ didn’t know what to do with himself. He panicked only to try and correct himself giving the other a small wave.

Amaterasu and Eros’ Wedding

Yoongi doesn’t know how he got roped into being in the wedding party for a goddess he doesn’t really know and a god he barely tolerates, but here he is. He’s really only at the wedding for the food and because Taemin would be unreasonably upset if he skipped it. The things you do for love, right?

Ensemble for Amaterasu and Eros’ Wedding

Felix shows up to the wedding wearing a nicely tailored navy suit with a gold tie and a little bunch of cute yellow flowers on his lapel. He finished off the look with matching shoes and watch, and even his faded pink hair matches the event’s colour palette~

Just Gotta Jump | Open Starter

Today was the big day, the day of the wedding. Zhiwei was staring at himself in the mirror making sure that no hair is out of place, making sure that there are no wrinkles he could have possibly missed in his outfit. The dusty pink suit he was wearing fit him perfectly, shows off his perfect posture and in some way matches well with him. The Chinese demigod felt a little strange to pull off such a color but he would be easily picked out of a crowd.

That alone was needed. If Zhi wanted to be able to meet other people other than those he works with he was going to have to stand out, make himself known. And watch his mouth. 

With a huff, he stops fiddling with his looks walking out of his apartment towards the library hellbent on not being tardy. Zhi wanted to get a good seat but also walk in while the location was at least half full. He didn’t want to be the first one there to just sit alone. There would be less of a chance of anyone coming up to him. That’s always how it worked out..

Walking up to the library he could see many of the island’s people scattered about dressing in the correct colors, like on the invitation. One mission complete; he made it to the event with time to spare. Now Zhiwei either needed to find a familiar face or hope a friendly face would seek some interest in him..

Grand affairs were normally not Joong’s thing, especially when he did not know the couple very well. Alas, the entire island was a gaga for the event and just because he was a miserable little pit of despair didn’t mean he didn’t respect the fact that the couple was in love. He wanted to wish them happiness, personally. Joong can be found sporting his fresh white hair in a tailored italian three piece crimson suit, with the hand-designed leather dress shoes to match. On his person are his usual black leather half-palm gloves, and o-ring choker at his neck.

💕Celebrating the union of Amaterasu and Eros💕

Weddings were a soft spot for the usually spicy, wild, and intense Valentina. Upon receiving her invitation, she assisted a few friends in shopping for the event as well as scoring a place at her dear friend @mpxkrystal ‘s side. Valentina happily went for a look softer than she usually sported. She wore a dark blue almost navy, long, flowy, and lacy dress. She kept it simple with some gold jewelry and strappy black heels that she received as a birthday gift not too long ago.

Shockingly, the invitation to the wedding of Eros and Amaterasu, has garnered the attention of one Han Ruyi. He has decided to take the day off and see just how their little love festival plays out.

   On his arm for the event is @mpyako​. They may or may not be up to something.

Park Eiji, sweets creator and co-owner of Mukashi-Kara, will be ringing in the Lunar New Year by celebrating the marriage of Eros and Amaterasu at 6 pm. Though still recovering from the car crash he was in prior he will be in rather good spirits and walking just fine.

   He will be arriving with his twin brother @mpxjimin​ to meet and mingle with everyone there.

  It’s happening.

   It’s happening! Eros feels the thrill of nervous excitement stir in his stomach as he watches Dakota lead the group of his groomsmen out of the little alcove that he’s hidden away in. There’s nothing wrong and all the planning they put into the ceremony looks like it’s going smooth as a whistle when Eros had taken a moment to peer out at the venue. Decked out in the finest and most beautiful of flowers and lights and people, the library comes alive with the scent of roses and the soft glow of the many carefully arranged candles that lead all eyes toward the place where his life will change forever.

   The god backs away from where he is peeking out and takes a breath in. Everything has lead up to today. Pressure sits on his shoulders as he walks to the mirror arranged on the wall and looks into it seeing the hard work in his appearance. It’s picture-perfect; from his flawlessly styled hair pushed away from his face, to the crisp white of his tuxedo with its gold accents and splendid tie, to the shine of his shoes. But it doesn’t stop the rapid beating of his heart as he stares deeply into the pools of his odd-colored eyes and checks himself. He’s ready and he knows it.

   There’s not a single fiber of his being that isn’t burning for the moment when he slips that ring around Ama’s finger and says ‘I do’. So why? Eros lets out a sigh at his reflection that echoes him. Why am I so scared? He’s so many things all at once right now. Scared, happy, ready, nervous, impatient, lost, wanting, perfectly sure-- missing something.

   It’s her. He knows it in the pit of his soul what he needs. For nearly two days now, he hasn’t laid eyes on his fiance save for the glossy pages of a beautiful book that she left for him to think of her by. The customs of a bachelorette party had whisked her away for fun and relaxation with her preferred ladies for the event and he had been carried off by his own party, lead by the rowdy young Dakota who locked him away from the sight of her. They claim it’s to sweeten the moment of first sight at the altar.

   But he’s the familiarity of her touch and her nearness is something he’s grown so used to that the short but sudden absence of her is so keenly felt! Stepping away from the mirror he wanders around the little room to calm himself, footsteps slow as he recites his vows in his head again. 

   ‘Shut your eyes fam.’ A voice says before darkness slips over his eyes and Eros freezes. There’s the sensation of something being tied behind his head and his hands come up to touch at the cloth that blocks his vision. “Dakota? What’s this?”

   ‘You’ll thank me for it later. You have twenty minutes with her. Don’t you dare take this off or you’ll curse the day.’ 

  Eros chuckles. Ah, superstition. “Okay, sure buddy, sure.”

  ‘I’m deadass serious. Twenty minutes Eros. Don’t take it off. Don’t be late.’

   There’s the sound of the heels of Dakota’s shoes walking away. And then he’s alone. Or at least he thinks he is…

….until he feels her enter the room.

        “Baby?” he says softly, eyes blind to the sight of her and hands timidly coming up to find the serenity of her.

Despite his lack of closeness with Eros, Poseidon was happy to witness his marriage to Amaterasu. From what he had heard and seen of their relationship, he was over-the-moon that he had found such a great love with the goddess. Poseidon paid no mind to the drama of the past and attended with a proud smile on his face the entire time. He arrived alone, adorned in a cream-colored, plaid, three-piece suit, accented with an antique pocket watch and a navy blue tie. Tieing the look together were his silver, Gucci cuff-links, and his Italian, navy blue, suede shoes.

Krystal was warming up to these island events as time went on and she was always a sucker for a wedding. Love always fascinated her and celebrating the love between two fo the islands' most beloved gods caused a warmth to pool in her heart. She arrives with @mpxvalentina at her side, dressed in a long marroon dress. A daring choice for the insecure demigoddess due to the large open shoulders, deep v-neck and the long slit showing off her legs and tall black boots. She is also showing off black and gold accessories as well as her new shorter hair style.

💕Celebrating the union of Amaterasu and Eros💕

Siobhan was unprepared to receive an invitation for an island-wide event. Especially for something as special as the wedding of two gods. At first, she had no intention of joining the festivities but, was convinced by her dear friend @mppersephone to join her in celebrating with the island and her friends. It was had to disagree after the goddess helped her find the perfect dress and did her hair and makeup. Sio is adorned in a long-sleeved, burgundy, satin, wrap dress. Her gold jewelry compliments her glittery makeup and her elegant updo matches the look perfectly. Black high heels and golden, frilled gloves finish her look.

Dakota Kim, owner of Honeypot, and long time friend to Eros will be attending the wedding! At first very shy around the goddess Amaterasu, over the last four years Dakota has grown quite used to and comfortable with her. This is why when asked if he would be one of Eros’ groomsmen, the demigod easily agreed!

    He will be attending the wedding with long time boyfriend @mp-santino​ and will be responsible for not only catering the reception but also making sure Eros and Ama are not late to the wedding themselves. He will fight them.
