1. Song of the year? Probably Soluk by She Past Away. I've been getting into darkwave a lot this year, and so far She Past Away are my favorites!

2. Album of the year? Rik Schaffers' Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines soundtrack hands down. I think I listened to that album more than I did any other album

3. Favorite musical artist / group you started listening to this year?

Hmm, probably Lyica. Ionia and Cold are so good!!!

9. Best month for you this year? That's gonna have to be September (I'm definitely not biased due to it being the month I was born in). It's my favorite month in general since it's the beginning of fall and the Halloween season!

25. Did you create any characters (in games, art, or writing) this year? Describe one. I have actually! He's been cooking for a while, but I feel like I've been fleshing him out more and more in this past year. He's part of a retelling of Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Shadow that I have been wanting to work on for a while now, but I never did get the free time to do. Hopefully the new year will change that since I am no longer in school, and I have more free time than what I'm used to, so hopefully I will begin working on it this year! Anyway, his name is Edward, and he's an artist that's been forced to put aside his brush and easle in order to work at his father's shop in order to make ends meet, and to pay the medical expenses of his sick little sister, Gardaenia. His father, a once hard working man, has pretty much left his family to struggle as he falls into the grip of gambling and alcohol. Edward tries his best to provide for his family and fill in the role of man of the house, but he still longs for the day that he can leave his current life behind and do what he loves. I have so much more on the story and on him as a character, but I'll save that for later. Hopefully I'll get around to doodling him soon, but in case I don't, just know that he looks like Roger Daltrey in my head.

Thank you @suicidekings 💖 I'm not the biggest KMFDM fan, but Stray Bullet gets stuck in my head lot.

I don't use Spotify and the only playlist I've had on repeat is my Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines one. It mostly consists of the video game OST, but it does have some songs not by Rik Schaffer. That being said, I'm still going to include his songs. Maybe y'all will like them, who knows :) Anyway enough of my rambling here's the songs.

definitely motley crue! they were when I first really got into music and wanted to actively listen and be a fan of someone - gotta love having been that edgy 13/14yo that listened to Shout at the Devil on repeat - now being 20 and doing the same thing on a bad day lol

12 - bands i have seen live.

not nearly as many as I would like to say but a few:

21p, DZ Deathrays, Boy and Bear, BPM - those are the “bigger” ones I seen - but I don’t mind checking out a lot of the local ones around town (having known/gone to school with a number of people in the circuit lol)

Winter: Days Of Future Passed by The Moody Blues. Something about that album just screams winter to me. Maybe it's the orchestral music sprinkled in there that gives me that vibe, but I've always thought of that album as my winter album.

Spring: Are You Experienced by The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Springs here are relatively mild, and I am not saying that this album is mild or anything like that, but there's a nice gentleness to it that reminds me of spring here. It also has it's turbulent moments, which is fitting considering spring is our tornado season here. But the song Wind Cries Mary reminds me of sweet, cool spring breeze, and some songs remind me of the thundering tornado weather

Summer: Defenders Of The Faith by Judas Priest is probably as close to summer as it gets for me. That album is like the cool breeze of summer nights to me. Jawbreaker reminds me of the summer sunsets, and The Sentinel feels like the blazing heat here. I can picture the begining riff of Night Comes Down as the gentle wind that comes by near the river. It's really nice to feel, especially after experiencing weather over 90°F here

Autumn: Per Un Amico by PFM. The colors of the album cover combined with the music reminds me of the autumn season a lot, especially the later months of autumn like October and November. I guess it's because the cover almost reminds me of the sunsets during autumn here

It, paranormal activity, and night of the living dead

it: thoughts on clowns? they're fine i guess ??? idk, i'm not scared of them at all .... (i've also probably only ever seen a clown like 5 times total in my life sfjksndj)

paranormal activity: have you ever had an experience with 'things that go bump in the night'? i have not !! which is why im kinda skeptical about paranormal stuff i think, i don't rlly believe in it ..... but like . if i did have a freaky supernatural experience, i would be open to reevaluating that belief yknow ....

night of the living dead: if you could, would you bring people back from the dead? who? assuming this isn't a monkey's paw-type situation where there's a terrible catch, hell yeah !!! who wouldn't !!! i'd probably bring back some family and friends, i wouldn't go crazy with it tho . i'd have to draw the line at celebrities
