I lost all my friends and all I had was myself and my little baby boy. Alex got me out of a deep depression and gave me a will to live. He was the sweetest little boy out there, such a good big brother and would’ve made a great father one day. 29 years ago I lost my son to addiction. jenniferphillips Today is the birthday of one special guy right here. This photo was taken back in 1992, a year before my boyfriend at the time died of an overdose. I know people have already said this before, but Alexander was the kindest, most caring man on the planet. He would always put others and their needs before himself, never let his issues and mental health problems get in the way of making someone laugh to forget their own pain. Alex didn’t have many people to talk to about his problems, nor did he want to share them. He was a man of very few words and didn’t want to burden anyone with his problems. I knew he was already dying inside when I met him in 8th grade, but he coped with drugs. And that led him down a very unhealthy path. He just wanted to make everyone laugh and smile, but this devastated everyone more. He was a sweetheart and a loving man who wouldn’t even hurt a fly unless they said someoone bad about his friends or family. So fly high my angel, I’ll see you soon enough my love 🤍🤍🤍
