You might be going through a tough time. Things could be going haywire right now. "I'm broken.." would be an understatement. The water must've gone way over your head. You're probably drowning. I want you to read what follows out loud. Today I am going to be happy. Today is going to be a great day. Today something good is going to happen. Today I am going to do something good to someone. Good things may take time, but they will certainly happen to me. Tomorrow, if not today. Day after tomorrow, if not tomorrow. I believe that things will be all right soon, and I believe they will. I will continue to do good to people and not expect anything in return. Be grateful for what you have. A little gratitude goes a long way. Try and find happiness in the littlest of things. Feel good about the smallest of good deeds you do- could even be greeting good morning to the security guard! End your day on a happy note always. Hope suggested me to practice gratitude. I'm eternally grateful to her for having introduced me to this! It's a very simple, yet powerful and effective thing, and can be done anytime! Think of anything and anyone you're thankful and appreciative of- yourself, your family, your close friends, your not-so-close friends, that dog that gets excited every time it sees you, ANYTHING!! The more you can think of, the better you will feel. Tough times aren't the end of the world. When the water has gone way over your head, it's easiest to drown. Swimming back up is a daunting task. But, I promise you that when you reach the surface, the view is going to be beautiful, mesmerizing. You'll love to see the sun shine so bright. Perhaps, you can even be a life jacket to someone in need! Perhaps, you can be someone's sunshine! Motivation, ein Gefühl das jeder von uns kennt, oft macht sich dieses Gefühl bemerkbar wenn wir Ziele haben die wir verfolgen, wenn wir inspiriert worden sind oder wenn wir einen neuen Start im Leben wagen! Doch leider ist dieses Gefühl von MOTIVATION nicht 24-7 dauerhaft present... Ich denke es ist vollkommend menschlich das wir auch mal an motivation verlieren dies kann viele Gründe haben, ein sehr großer Grund was mich persoennlich immer betrifft ist das Wetter, sobald es grau wird oder dieses krasse Wechsel von hell und am nächsten Tag grau, zieht mich total runter! Aber auch Menschen und Arbeit koennen Grund genug sein, das wir an Motivation verlieren. Mein kleiner tip an euch wenn ihr wie ich empfindet, fokussiert eure Ziele erneut, geht grinsend 5min. Durchs Haus, Straße oder Arbeit glaubt mir das hebt das Gemüt extrem ! Und wenn es möglich ist MUSIK hoert eure Lieblingssong laut, singt mit! Noch eine andere moeglichkeit sagt euch immer wieder mit eurer innere Stimme folgende Worte 3x : ICH BIN MOTIVIERT!
