consider this: Keith and Lance, in Lance’s room back on earth, hugging one another close and hearing the crash of waves on shore outside the window, street lights illuminating their eyes. Its more centered around the region where i live and a lot of its history, with lots of local languages’ phrases used so it would be difficult for foreigners to understand it fully but!!! I enjoy it. Though a lot of the technical things fly over my head as well, since it has war and subtly implying things that make more sense later on and.. yeah!!! I enjoy it!!!!!

🌼 Fave flowerI adore flowers but i dont know many names!! I had a neighbour who planted lots of them in her garden and she told me some names once, but i’ve long since forgotten! My grandma tells me some names too; apparently the city i live in was once called “The City of Flowers” :33 I adore sunflowers and roses and chrysanthemums tho📺 Fave anime*deep breath* Revolutionary Girl Utena, Ojamajo Doremi, Kaiba 2008, Hunter x Hunter, Princess Tutu, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Houseki No Kuni, FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST BROTHERHOOD, Mob Psycho 100, Kyousougiga, Metropolis (IT WAS A MOVIE BUT STILL) and that’s all i can recall rn!! It’s like a mix of niche anime and more prominent titles oh wow, but yeah, Princess Tutu was awesome and i enjoy vague, metaphorical things ehehe👾 Do you believe in aliensHmm? Hmmm, not really, but mainly bcz ive never deeply thought about it! My uncle says that he’s from Mars and that one day he’ll return there which is O_O but haha yup never thought much of it! If it exists, it exists, if it doesnt, then oh well! Life moves on regardless (unless we’re enslaved by aliens but yeah!!!)

Fic Challenge

Keith sliced and twisted gallantly through the seemingly never-ending line of Galra soldiers as they shot at him and swung at him left and right. There were so many guards blocking his destination, he was glad he had Lance right behind him laying down cover fire, otherwise he might be way too overwhelmed.

The red paladin pushed through until it felt like his arms were gonna fall off. How important could one person be that there needed to be this many soldiers to guard them?

When all the soldiers were defeated, Keith caught his breath, raggedly and quickly. He stepped forward to the door they’d been trying to reach this whole time and leaned on his hand so his body could calm itself a bit.

Lance joined him at his side. “Nice work, Keith.” He said, quickly. The blue paladin made his way to the control panel to punch in the code they got earlier. When he finished, the door slid open.

Keith entered the room, and a startled woman stood to face her new visitors.

“We’re here to rescue you,” Keith explained, “Princess Sophie.”

Gigan x Mothra? (weird ship, I know, but it's my fav and I'm just curious :>)

Gigan x Mothra (Mothgan?)

-Vibin’s rating: Hmm 6/10, I don’t really ship it but it does sound hella cute.

-Headcanon: Watching Gigan and Mothra interact is always pretty funny for other kaijus- because Gigan tries so damn hard to be careful with all his spikes and his knife-hands. He’s absolutely terrified of accidentally stabbing Mothra or hurting her delicate wings, so he always moves his arms slowly and with a wide margin between her and himslef and it looks really awkward- but also oddly cute.

Snippet: Worry (I’m so sorry if this is OOC or there’s stuff that doesn’t make sense, it’s my first time writing Gigan q-q)

Gigan was known as an overtly-violent, blood thirsty alien. He was feared by all who witnessed his destructive abilities and many saw him as a fearless beast- mistakenly so. The moments where Gigan wasn’t a nervous mess were, in fact, few and far between. There were, after all, oh so many things for him to worry about, wherever he went. Space? Black holes were a constant threat ; the fear of being sucked into the nothingness of the cosmos always lingered somewhere in his mind ; and crossing asteroid belts carried a considerable amount of risk. Earth? Well... There was Godzilla. Sure Gigan was powerful ; but so was the king of this world. The cyborg had lost to him more times than he’d like to admit and sustained some of the most terrible wounds as a result- cracked visor, broken bones, limbs and cybernetic equipment nearly torn from his body... Oh, he was healed and repaired every time, sure. But it didn’t take away from the agonising experience.

There was still, however, one place on Earth where Gigan’s worries were slightly alleviated: Infant Island. It was small and far away from everything, but it was also home to Mothra- the only source of warmth and companionship in the alien’s lonely existence. She was kind and caring ; all the opposite of what Gigan was used to. It had taken a while for him to learn he could trust her, to let go of his self-protective instincts and let her care for him. But soon enough he wasn’t flinching at her gentle touch anymore- enjoying it, even. She took away his many pains and sorrows, replacing it with warmth and comfort without ever asking for anything in return. But most important of all, she taught him to care. She taught him to be affectionate ; to be careful and to be loving. She brought to life the living, breathing, emotion-filled side of him his cybernetic half had been suppressing for so long.

She was his breath of life and only solace in the world- and that was just fine by him.

Sooo, I’ve found out that my fic openers generally tend to set up a background setting for the fics themselves and that my shipping tendencies are very obvious when I do this. Not gonna lie, I’m lowkey embarrassed about a couple of these fics and glad that I skipped a few and the rules were for only ten published fics. (But I probably won’t take any of my fics down anytime soon because you gotta Face Your Past.)

fav characters: YUURI!!! I don’t think I’ve ever related to a protagonist more in my life!least fav characters: JJ i guess? I don’t hate him, just don’t like him as muchfav relationship: Viktor and Yuuri B’) I can’t even explain it, everytime I saw them on screen I was so happy. Their relationship is so supportive and sweetfav moment: ok maybe cliche but when they got married? because that soft light, yuuri’s cute blush and they do it in barcelona and then go to celebrate with their friends from all over the world. If I ever get married, I want it to be like that tbh but also because of everything they had lived through before they got to that moment made it all worth itheadcanons/theories: Sara and Mila my friends... Sara and Mila B)unpopular opinion: tbh the reason why I got attached to the show wasn’t the gay (i thought it would be like any other sports anime in the beginning anyway) but the accurate representation of the panic most mid-late 20 year-olds feel about running out of time and not living up to their potential. Also I’m so tired of all the anime being about teenagers and all the 20 year olds are their mentors who have everything figured out. I know people who were saying they wished the characters were in high school and NO you already have too much let me have this please (wow that was long :D)how’d you find it: people were talking about it so I started watching it lmaorandom thoughts: when I watched this show I was in the same place where Yuuri was at the start and it actually encouraged me to work hardirl because I saw myself so clearly in Yuuri that whenever he worked hard I knew I could too, and I did. That makes me proud of myself.
