So, this guy fought me during the Entire redesign process, but here he is!

Personality wise, he has elements of Trepan, TFP Soundwave, and what little information we have on pre-delphi Pharma.

As I've mentioned, heavy heavy data/mainframe vibes. For a voiceclaim goddamn it i wish i could just upload what I'm imagining in my brain because i can't really describe it beyond what you'd think AM from "i have no mouth, and I must scream" sounds like. This is a bastard but a lackadaisical bastard. Now that i realize it as I've turned him around in my head all day, Debug is shaping out to be a far darker character for what was originally a comfort au goddamn.
