I am a genius (bought instant miso soup powder packets on sale, used some to season burgers, literally the best I've ever made at home)
#genuinely since i started oven baking them i have turned into the ultimate stereotype#mostly bc i cannot be bothered to clean out my skillet so i can make sloppy joes or stir fry or like anything else#and i dont have bread crumbs to make meatloaf
