TM/Bowie stuff on Internet Archive~
RADIO TIN 🎧 YT
"A compilation of radio interviews and some performances from David Bowie with the rest of Tin Machine, recorded during the buildup to and promotion of that band's second album. All pretty good audio quality, and some interesting little tidbits."
TM Vredenburg, Utrecht⛵
"After Bowie's announcement of their 'fourth greatest' status, Tin Machine tears through their 100-minute set in Utrecht by playing most of the second album and half of the first. 'Amlapura' makes a rare appearance in this set."
TM The World, New York🍎
"The first ever live on stage performance by Tin Machine,... The recording (which, if it's an upgrade, suggests very bad things about the original) features every song off that band's debut (except 'Video Crime'); an early track from the sophomore album as sung by drummer Hunt Sales; and the only live performance of 'You've Been Around', later released on Black Tie White Noise as the only Bowie song performed with TM.
TM Academy Theatre, NY🦃
"A show from just before Thanksgiving, the second of two nights at the Academy in the middle of the North American leg of the It's My Life Tour. Bowie and band are having plenty of fun, with a lot of goofing off, terrible knock knock jokes, and an excellent performance of 'If There Is Something'. FM broadcast, high quality."
ATB Tony Sales✌️
"In this special episode of Across The Board, I have the honour to interview with Tony Sales of Tin Machine & Iggy Pop's backing band for the album "Lust For Life". Tony talks about working in the music business and what it was like to record with Iggy & Bowie. Go to http://thesalesbrothers.com/ for more info about Tony Sales & his brother Hunt Sales."
TM Florence, Italy🇮🇹 YT
...Ciao
TM Newcastle, England🏰
"A fair-quality recording from the second tour (first major one) by Tin Machine, one where the members of the band really stand on their own apart from just Bowie."
TM Osaka, Japan🗾
"The first Tin Machine show we've gotten in a while, this one the second night in Osaka on a surprisingly lengthy 1992 tour of Japan. What the setlist lacks in song count, it makes up for in song length, with many later songs in the set being spread out into lengthy jams (check out the intro to 'Betty Wrong'). Pretty good recording for a TM show too!"
TM Brixton (with soundcheck)🎙️
"The second last Tin Machine show in Europe, closing out that leg of the It's My Life tour with two nights at the Brixton Academy in London. Reasonable recording with a rare performance of 'Pretty Thing', and a third disc includes the soundcheck."
TM Berlin🇩🇪
"Another Tin Machine show from the tour for the second self-titled album, keeping Bowie fresh throughout 1991. Average recording, rarer 'Amlapura'."
TM La Cigale🇫🇷
"A near-complete Tin Machine recording (the first song and a half are missing), but from the much smaller 1989 tour rather than the 1991/92 one. Every song except 'Video Crimes' (and the missing 'Amazing') off the first record is performed, plus a Dylan cover and a preview of the next song. Eight songs from this set have been officially released in better quality, but this AUD has most of the rest of the show."
TM Le Zénith📯
"A late show from the 1991 European leg, touring for Tin Machine II. Not the greatest recording, but the band - especially Hunt Sales, when he takes vocals on 'Stateside' - are enjoying the day."
TM Docks, Hamburg📣
"An aggressive set from the first Tin Machine tour in 1989, with almost the entire first album appearing alongside a cover and a preview for the second record. Average recording, not much tape hiss but crowd noise is a problem."
Bowie KFOG Interview🎸 YT
"#KFOGintheMorning"
David Bowie RAW🦁 YT
"David Bowie talks candidly to Kid Jensen, in a wide-ranging and jovial 1983 interview."
76/77 Capital Radio📻
"Two separate audio tapes of interviews with David Bowie in 1976 (just after Station to Station's release) and 1977 (just after "Heroes"'), both for Capital. The 1976 interview, with Maggie Norden, is shorter and serves as more of a biography, while the 1977 interview with Nicky Horne has longer and more informative but lower quality. Both tapes are cut through with snippets of songs."
