My fave reaction from people is when the find out I am close friends with the popular and model students of my university. They just look at me like: 👁👄👁???
#it's completely hilarious bc this is such a cliche trope for the major chunk of my life#i tend to be more lowkey but i'm somehow super close with the popular kids or even the “terror” teachers#most of my friends are popular bc they're in organization; campus crushes; insanely intelligent people; and etc#while people look at me and don't even know my name#HAHAHAHAHA#i genuinely don't find it insulting#there's genuine confusion on their faces bc i don't join orgs; decently smart; and even an introvert and yet i am in the same friend group#alright; kudos to them not being THAT popular#but they're always still well-known around university/school#ack—#yap seshᯓ���𐭩
