was talking abt it passionately in the ao3 comments with guts LOL but i think sfarx would have a lot of external oddities to them that raises their biological performance, and i wanted 2 roughly animate what some might look like!!. if that makes any sense. im very tired.

#the ducts are kind of gross and they actually have 6 on either side of their spine but i just drew 4 #because im lazy #trypophobia #trypo #sfarx stej #stej #spark the electric jester #spark the electric jester spoilers #i had more thoughts but im running on fumes #miiirart #animation #more surface area to exhale co2 and inhale o2 etc etc etc farts nasty #ask to tag . jic #i do think its like a mucosal membrane. however u spell it. and its also kind of gross but i couldnt capture it that well #there are small processes that jut into the ducts themselves and serve the purpose that the inferior/superior nasal conchae do #swirling air so it comes into the alveoli warm and moist etc etc #so their spine Branches out towards the ducts to form that shell shape the conchae have.#i a m forcing myself to stop there though for tonight.#ew theyre farting through their back ewwww #rambles
