When someone asks "how are you?" the reply is usually "good" or something like that. If you reply with "terrible" or "bad" they usually think you're weird.

Face it, Match. You're not fine. Now, tell us why. You made an ask blog. Expect us to ask questions.

Answer "Are you okay?" without saying "I'm fine." because you're obviously not.
