But OMG! have you seen YOUR THEME?! You always pair such interesting colours together, colours I wouldn't typically pair together, but you make them make sense, and it always looks so pretty! as for me, i've been well, i've been gradually transitioning into my autumnal wardrobe and I've been really enjoying the cooler weather. I've also been taking advantage of the rain to cook my favourite soup almost weekly now hehe~ i also have been getting cosy inside with my candles, tea and biscuits either for an extended reading or writing session -- autumn is the official season of cosy for me <3

I had a bit of a tumultuous time last week, so I temporarily stayed away from writing and my accounts. I'm glad it's finally over, though, so I can finally sit down calmly again, haha! Okay sometimes I'm like "why do guys never ask me out" but actually after last night I know exactly why haha

My roommate and I were on a moon walk (where we go try to find the moon because we live in a city and can't see it from just anywhere) and we were standing facing away from a crosswalk and this guy said "hey, I like your hair." I turn around and it's this dude on a motorcycle, but I had my glasses on and those are an old prescription so I couldn't make him out and I wasn't sure if he was talking to me or my roommate (she has gorgeous hair, but I didn't realize it was in a bun at the time) so I squinted at him for a couple of seconds which probably looked like I was glaring and then he just goes "...I think it's cool." I'm still not sure who he's talking to so I'm like "🤨....thanks...?" which in retrospect probably sounded so bitchy and immediately turn back around. After the light turns and he goes my roommate informs me that (a) he was our age and cute, (b) she thinks he was hitting on me, and (c) we were looking in the direction we thought the moon was supposed to be, but from an outside perspective it looked like we were just staring intently the a modelo light billboard right in front of us.
