slept with A- fine morning F55° at 8 ½ - A- breakfasted alone at 8 ¼ meaning to be off early to Cliff hill at my desk at 8 35 just beginning again at colliery accounts when Mrs. George Robinson came wanting to speak to me – had her from 8 ¾ to 10 ½ - came to ask me to build them a chamber over the currying shop – said I had told Mr. GR-  I would not lay out a sixpence, and that I really did not intend to lay out anything – I had told Mr. GR- I could not lay out more money without percentage – but now I did not mean to repeat even that offer – I had made up my mind not to lay out anymore upon the place – but it seems now they would pay percentage – however I said, I would not lay out more on building which might not at all suit another tenant – on this we turned to indifferent subjects alterations meer etc and I shewed her thro’ the red room upstairs and down the west tower stairs into the garden and she went along the new cart road and under the great sycamore into the high road – on just looking into the north room she said how nicely the bed stood – and that Mr. Carr had many such beds (French) very handsome – I should perhaps go and see them – I said I understood he was going to give up the White swan – Mrs. R- thought not – so I said no more – breakfast at 10 40 in ¼ hour – then out about – with Mr. Gray and Booth till came in at 12 ¾ - wrote the above of today – Mr. Singledon came about 10 ½ or just before Mrs. GR- went away – Mr. S- from Messrs. Robert Harrison and co. of Leeds to be paid for the deals and oak logs – told George to send Mr. Blythe to him – gave B- all the invoices I had – B- examined them all and settled the matter I giving a check no.160 for £165.18.0 in full of the last deals brought by Mark Hepworth (20 June) and of all ordered by B- in full of everything – the discount allowed and which I would have was 2d. in the pound – at colliery accounts at 1 to 5 40 having brought them down regularly and Joseph Manns’ account also (all the monies paid to him on whatever account) to 18 March last – Booth (see line 9 above from this) told me he had agreed with Dobson for all the insides he had got at both delfs for 8/. a rood (paid 9/. before) and George N- bringing 3 rows (3/8 rood) at a time 5 times per day carting = 4/6 per rood + 8/. = 12/6 per rood for insiders for the garden walls – Hinton came this afternoon about the well sinking at Northgate – too busy to see him – answer by George the job let long since to the Manns – Joseph M- came to my room (blue room) door to say Hilltop well 24 yards deep – blue rag and damp – 5 or 6 pipes (wood air pipes) to go by Mark Hepworth tonight – water found at Lidgate blacksmiths’ shop in the blue rag – hope of soon finding water at Hilltop – well at Barraclough cottage 35 yards deep – will go above 40 before we find water – wrote the last 11 lines (sent George to H-x for a brace of moorgame this afternoon) and dispatched him at 4pm with the birds and my compliments to Mrs. AW- Cliff hill – out at 6 by my watch – (6 1o by the kitchen clock – I have gone by y watch all the day) – sent back by George this afternoon all the library books I had the volumes (4 or 6) of Maurices’ Indian antiquities – out at 6 to 7 10

No more handouts & I hope when he screws up, Sophia cleans his ass of whatever monies he may still have lying around. Bring on that wedding. Yeeehaw!

But I think both of them are too “smart” and independent for that. I don’t see Sophia getting pregnant anytime soon and GR will make sure his few possessions are safe before getting married again.

Thefe frolickfome excurfions often gave birth to little amorous adventures, which our witty Monarch made the fubjeds of his fong, as he was fecond to none of his age in the fciences of poetry and mufic. The root of the word gab is the Celt, cab, fignifying to con- tain. Hence Scot, gab, the mouth, which contains our food; Englifli gobbet, a morfel ; the French gober, to fwallow, and gofier, the throat. Sax. gabb an, and many more words of the fame import, gaggle, gaffer, and Old Fr. gaber, gabbaffer, to mock ; gaba- tine, mockery ; Iflandic gamman, drollery ; Gal. geuhbeth, falfchood ; and ganv, canv, gab, cheating ; Old Fr. ganelorty a traitor. We have collected thefe words from various lan- guages, as they not only explain the primitive idea of the word gaber, which none of our Etymologifls have done, but prove what we fhall every moment have occafion to (hew, that the radical term once afcertained, throws light on all its de- rivatives, which are eafily reducible to it, though fcattered far diftant from each other, among the various dialeds ufed by different nations. To this family belongs Lat. capio, whence our capacity, capture ; the Scots cap, a drinking vefTel ; cab, a meafure, mentioned in the Verfion of the Old Teflament ; and many more, all including the idea of capacity, or content; as cahin^ Belg. kaban; Welfh, cab, caban, all fignify- ing the fame thing ; Gr. v.a.-TrdLv^ ; Eat. cabana, cabbage, from the form of its top, refembling a bafon or large cup, which has much puzzled Junius ; Lat. cavus, our cave, and the Fr. and Engl, cabinet. Cafaubon brings this from ccokoi;, vetus, and Lye from fltA</^?6>, augeo ; as if our anceftors had no word to ex- prefs old age, till they got it from the Greeks. But this is indeed an old wife's tale. The primitive E denotes exiftence ; every thing that lives. Hence Eve is called emphatically, the mother of all living. Lat. ejl. Fr. etre, being, effentia, whence our epncef what conllitutes the being of that thlag. Hence C 2 Hebrew zo THE GABERLUNZIE-MAN. Hebrew hei, life, and God emphatically ; {, t. He nuho Iheu heie, to live, life itfelf. Arab, hei — hi, to live, to be glad. In Zend, gueie, foul, life. This word furnifhes a remarkable example of the truth of our general principle, explained in the preface, and therefore we hope the reader will allow us to trace it a little further. The afpirate H, in the northern dia- lejfts, is changed into W, and Qu^, and hence Swed. sweety luight, living animal ; Engl, and Scot, ivight ; Goth, qnvick, lively ; e^icka, q^uicken, quick-lilyer, from its Hvely motion. In Sued. qnuick-Jilfwer. The Latins ufed the V, and fo formed vita, vhere, vivax, vidiusy vidio, vis, vigor, vigeo, and a thoufand more ; as alfo the derivatives we have adopted from that language, vivacity, violent, vivid, &c. VolTius, able to get no further than the Greek, deduces vit^ from CtoTY\ : but Cioiy life ; Cia, violence, CiciKo^ctt, Ciou, all come from one primitive, as alfo Gr. i^, the vis of the Latins, /f%u^, liX'^'^y '^3C^P°^» ^"^y ^y fiippreffing the afpirate. In the more ancient dialedls of Scandinavia, we find the fame word denoting the fame objedts ; Teuton, vuith. 111. vatir, a Sax. vught, vight, all fign. animals, living creatures ; and the Alam. quick, quickr. Old German quecL Dan. queg, living, animal, every thing aHve. Suab. vich, viech, animal. From the fame fource we formed ivife, Bel. nuyf, Swed. nuif. Suab. nuih, all fignifying ixjoman, mother of a family. Thus we have followed this word from the remotefl Eafl, to the fartheft extremities of the Weft and North. Such coin- cidences of found and meaning, demonftrate that language is no arbitrary thing, nor etymology that fallacious fcience it has been called, by thofe who find it more eafy to decide in hafte, than to examine at leifure. Carle'\ The true fpelling is karl in all the Scythian dia- lers, in which it denotes a ?nan, or nuarrior. The primitive is car^kar, flrong. This root we have preferred in the Ar- menian, THE GABERLUNZIE-MAN. ai mcnian, in which car^ pofTe, valere, et caroU potens. Not attending to the univerfality of language, the learned Ihre did not fee the juftnefs of this Etymology. From kair^ kary the Mefogothic, vair^ a man ; whence the Lat. vir, vira, a woman, as from the Gothic kasj they formed vasy which Voflius could make nothing of, though he has flung together every paffage almoft, where this word occurs. From karl arc formed the Alamm. karl; Ger. kerl; A. S. ceorlj 111. karl; L. B. Carolujy karlus. Vid. Cange Glofs. in V. From kerl. Sued. karlklader, men*s clothes ; karlftnathery ^.nAkarlfvoagy the high- way ; and in the old Gothic laws karljbo, man's habitation. The word karl is oppofed to gaje, a youth ; the former denoting a man of ripe age. We find that of old, in the Gothic, as now with us, karl, and carl, were ufed to fignify people of a low rank, fuch as farmers, mechanics, l^c. In the old laws, (ap, Ihre glofs. Vol. I. P. 1033,) karl oc konung, plebs et prin- ceps ; and in Gothr. Saga, cap. 86, opter that I karls huft er ej er in congs rann'i, oft do we meet in a cottage, what we feek in vain in the palaces of kings. In general, karl is ufed to fignify a husband ; and in Sweden the country-women call their hufbands min-karU In the Swedifii tongue the gander is called gas-karl. So in Engl, a carle-cat, is the male of that fpecies. The Anglo-Saxons fay ceorl, for a hufband, and ceorlian, to marry. As this word was commonly ufed to fignify rujilcs, the En- lifh from it formed churl, churlifl). In the A. S. ceorlhortn is a man meanly born ; ceorl'ife, a rulHc \ ceorlife hlaf, loaf made of the fecond flour. In Dutch, kaerle a ruftic ; whence the Italian phrafe, a la carlona, like a ruftic, ill-bred. The Welch carl has the fame meaning. As karl, all over the north, denotes an elderly ?nan, from it we have formed carling, an old woman of the lowefi: caft, a word which occurs in all our poets. Ένα περιβαλλοντικό έγκλημα βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη στην Σκύρο. Σε μια προστατευμένη περιοχή Natura, 37.000 στρεμμάτων, η ιδιοκτήτρια του όρους Κόχυλας, η Μονή Μεγίστης Λαύρας του Αγίου Όρους, μαζί με συνεργάτες της επιχειρηματίες σχεδιάζει να εγκαταστήσει 60 ανεμογεννήτριες ύψους 180 μέτρων και ισχύος περίπου 5,6 MW η κάθε μία (συνολική παραγόμενη ενέργεια 333 MW, δηλαδή το 10% του συνόλου της παραγωγής στην Ελλάδα από Ανανεώσιμες Πηγές Ενέργειας). Πρόκειται για μια από τις μεγαλύτερες βιομηχανικές εγκαταστάσεις ανεμογεννητριών στην Ευρώπη. Ολόκληρο το νησί έχει έκταση 210.000 στρέμματα, από αυτά 37.000 θα μετατραπούν σε αιολικό πάρκο Η κάθε ανεμογεννήτρια θα έχει ύψος πυλώνα 105 μέτρων και διάμετρο πτερωτής 150 μέτρων διαμορφώνοντας το ύψος της κάθε ανεμογεννήτριας στα 180 μέτρα περίπου, ίσο δηλαδή με έναν ουρανοξύστη ύψους 60 ορόφων. Η τερατώδης βιομηχανική εγκατάσταση ανεμογεννητριών θα καλύψει σχεδόν το μισό νησί. Το σημερινό έργο, που έλαβε πρόσφατα Άδεια Παραγωγής Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας από την ΡΑΕ, περιλαμβάνει: 60 ανεμογεννήτριες (Α/Γ) ισχύος 5,6 MW η καθεμία και ύψους πάνω από 180 μέτρα! Ο συγκεκριμένος τύπος των Α/Γ εισάγεται για πρώτη φορά στην Ελλάδα, με επιλογή να τοποθετηθούν σ’ ένα μικρό αιγαιοπελαγίτικο νησί και λόγω του ύψους τους θα είναι ορατές από όλες τις περιοχές του νησιού, αλλά και αντικριστά όχι πολύ μακριά από την Εύβοια. Χωροθετούνται στο εμβληματικό Βουνό της Σκύρου (όρος Κόχυλας), και καταλαμβάνουν ολόκληρο το νότιο τμήμα του νησιού, το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του οποίου είναι προστατευόμενη περιοχή NATURA 2000.  Το μισό νησί θα ισοπεδωθεί με απίστευτου μεγέθους εκσκαφές και δεκάδες χιλιάδες τόνους τσιμέντου για την πάκτωση των Α/Γ. Τεράστιες ποσότητες μπάζων θα κατακλύσουν τις πλαγιές και δεκάδες χιλιόμετρα δρόμων, διαστάσεων λεωφόρου θα οργώσουν το ανάγλυφο του Βουνού. Οι επιπτώσεις ενός τέτοιου φαραωνικού – βιομηχανικού έργου  για το περιβάλλον, την οικονομία και την κοινωνία θα είναι καταλυτικές και μη αναστρέψιμες: Το έργο τέτοιων διαστάσεων θα επικυριαρχήσει και θα επισκιάσει όλη τη Σκύρο. Το ήπιο αιγαιοπελαγίτικο τοπίο ανατρέπεται. Η αισθητική του Σκυριανού τοπίου καταστρέφεται. Η προστατευόμενη περιοχή NATURA 2000 με την ιδιαίτερη βιοποικιλότητα της αφανίζεται. Η μακραίωνη ιστορική διαδρομή πολιτισμού της Σκύρου διακόπτεται βίαια. Η οικονομική και τουριστική ανάπτυξη του νησιού ακυρώνεται. Το πλοίο λαϊκής βάσης της Σκύρου, πρότυπο αναφοράς – υψηλής ποιοτικής διαχείρισης και χαμηλού κομίστρου – από όλα τα νησιά της χώρας μας απαξιώνεται. Η κτηνοτροφία και μελισσοκομία που παραδοσιακά αναπτύσσονται στο Βουνό εξαφανίζονται. Οι οικογένειες θα αναγκαστούν να μεταναστεύσουν από το νησί, σε αναζήτηση εργασίας. Να σημειωθεί πως το όρος Κόχυλας έχει ενταχθεί από το 2006 στο Ευρωπαϊκό Δίκτυο Natura 2000 και αποτελεί Τόπο Κοινοτικής Σημασίας με κωδικό GR 242006 λόγω της βιοποικιλότητας με προέχουσα την παρουσία της μοναδικής παγκοσμίως φυλής του μικρόσωμου Σκυριανού Αλόγου, του πτηνού Μαυροπετρίτη (Falco eleonorae) και σπάνιων φυτών που περιλαμβάνονται στον Κόκκινο Κατάλογο Απειλουμένων Ειδών, της σημαντικότητας της περιοχής για την αναπαραγωγή θαλάσσιων πουλιών, αρπακτικών πτηνών και ειδών που συνδέονται με θαμνώδη βλάστηση. Η Ιερά Μονή Μεγίστης Λαύρας Η Σκύρος που συγκαταλέγεται στους 100 πιο πράσινους προορισμούς σύμφωνα με την παγκόσμια λίστα Green Destinations και θεωρείται πρότυπο ισόρροπης αειφόρου ανάπτυξης, έχει βρεθεί αντιμέτωπη με μια πρωτοφανή κατάσταση, λόγω των αποφάσεων της Ιεράς Μονής Μεγίστης Λαύρας. Τον Ιούλη του 1998, όταν με αφορμή μια κοινοτική επιδότηση που διεκδικούσε από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, η Μονή διεκδίκησε με αγωγή στο Πρωτοδικείο Χαλκίδας την αναγνώριση 38.000 στρεμμάτων (το 1/8 του νησιού) στη θέση Βουνό  (Κόχυλας – 792 μ.) στη νότια Σκύρο, επικαλούμενη χρυσόβουλα του 10ου αιώνα και βρέθηκε ιδιοκτήτρια του νότιου τμήματος του νησιού. Το 2005 η Μονή Μεγίστης Λαύρας σύστησε την εταιρεία με την ονομασία Αιολική Νότιας Σκύρου ΑΕ με εταίρους κατά 95% τη Μονή και 5% την εταιρεία ΕΝΤΕΚΑ ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΚΩΝ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΕΩΝ ΑΕ, του επιχειρηματία Κώστα Φιλιππίδη, με στόχο τη δημιουργία των αιολικών πάρκων. Το 2010 η εγκατάσταση του έργου των 333 MW είχε προϋπολογιστεί στα 620 εκατ. ευρώ, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ποσού της διασύνδεσης με την ηπειρωτική Ελλάδα. Το 2013, η καθολική εναντίωση του σκυριανού λαού ματαίωσε την προσπάθεια εγκατάστασης ανεμογεννητριών. Σήμερα όμως φαίνεται ότι οι καιροί είναι ευνοϊκοί για την Μονή και για τις εταιρείες εγκατάστασης και παραγωγής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας με τη δημιουργία τεράστιων αιολικών πάρκων και με απίστευτη αδιαφορία για τη ζημιά στο περιβάλλον. Τήνος, Αγραφα, Μάνη, Κρήτη, Ικαρία, σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Μέχρι σήμερα η Ρυθμιστική Αρχή Ενέργειας έχει εκδώσει δύο άδειες παραγωγής ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας ισχύος 150 MW έναντι του συνολικού έργου των 333 MW. Τα δύο αιολικά πάρκα 1ο Αιολικό Πάρκο Σκύρου ΕΠΕ και 9ο Αιολικό Πάρκο Σκύρου ΕΠΕ, αποτελούν συνολικά ισχύ 150 MW, επιμεριζόμενη σε από 78MW και 72MW αντίστοιχα. Σύμφωνα με τις καταγγελίες του Δήμου Σκύρου οι ελληνικές εταιρείες που φέρονται να επιδιώκουν να χρηματοδοτήσουν με τραπεζικό δανεισμό το έργο είναι κουφάρια αδρανών νομικών προσώπων, χωρίς επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα και απασχόληση προσωπικού, με μηδενικά ίδια κεφάλαια και στο σύνολό τους ζημιογόνες οικονομικά. Συνεδρίαση της Επιτροπής Αγώνα Σκύρος SOS Σήμερα Σάββατο 20 Ιούνη 2020 στις 6.00 μ.μ., στην αίθουσα του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου συνεδριάζει η ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗ ΑΓΩΝΑ ΣΚΥΡΟΣ SOS κατά των Ανεμογεννητριών με θέμα τον προγραμματισμό των επόμενων δράσεων. Το όρος Κόχυλας, Νότια Σκύρος Το όρος Κόχυλας, το Βουνό των Σκυριανών, καλύπτει σχεδόν όλο το νότιο τμήμα της Σκύρου. Η τραχιά βραχώδης όψη του, με την επικρατούσα χαμηλή και αραιή βλάστηση, δεν προδίδει με την πρώτη ματιά το μεγάλο και ιδιαίτερο φυσικό πλούτο που φιλοξενεί. Για αυτόν ακριβώς το φυσικό του πλούτο ο Κόχυλας έχει χαρακτηριστεί ως: Τόπος Κοινοτική Σημασίας του ευρωπαϊκού δικτύου Προστατευόμενων Περιοχών NATURA 2000 (GR2420006) (Οδηγία 92/43/ΕEC) (κατά το μεγαλύτερο τμήμα του) Ζώνη Ειδικής Προστασίας της Ορνιθοπανίδας (ΖΕΠ, Οδηγία 79/409ΕΕC) (κατά το μεγαλύτερο τμήμα του) Σημαντική για τα Πουλιά Περιοχή (ΣΠΠ) (GR115) (εξ ολοκλήρου) Τα ιδιαίτερα οικολογικά χαρακτηριστικά που κάνουν τον Κόχυλα ένα σημαντικό καταφύγιο άγριας ζωής είναι: ΤΥΠΟΙ ΟΙΚΟΤΟΤΩΝ- ΒΛΑΣΤΗΣΗ Ο κυρίαρχος τύπος βλάστησης στον Κόχυλα είναι η χαμηλή θαμνώδης βλάστηση, με βασικά είδη το πουρνάρι (Quercus coccifera), την αγριελιά (Olea europaea subsp. oleaster), το θυμάρι (Corydothimus capitatus), την αστοιβή (Sarcopoterium spinosum), την  ευφορβία  (Euphorbia acanthothamnos). Σημαντικός οικότοπος στον Κόχυλα είναι οι δενδρώδεις συστάδες με σφενδάμια (Acer sempervirens) που αναπτύσσονται κατά κύριο λόγο στις πολυάριθμες ρεματιές και χαράδρες του βουνού.  Άλλα φυτικά είδη που συμμετέχουν σε αυτόν τον τύπο βλάστησης είναι η αριά (Quercus ilex), το πουρνάρι (Quercus coccifera), η αγριελιά (Olea europaea subsp. oleaster), το φιλλύκι (Phillyrea latifolia). Άλλοι σημαντικοί οικότοποι του Κόχυλα είναι οι απότομοι κάθετοι θαλάσσιοι και εσωτερικοί βραχώδεις σχηματισμοί, τα φρύγανα με Centaurea spinosa, οι σχηματισμοί δενδρώδους ευφορβίας (Euphorbia dendroides). ΧΛΩΡΙΔΑ Σημαντικός αριθμός ενδημικών φυτών της Σκύρου και της περιοχής του Αιγαίου εντοπίζονται στον Κόχυλα και ορισμένα από αυτά κατατάσσονται στην εθνική λίστα των Σπάνιων και Απειλούμενων Φυτών. Τα περισσότερα από αυτά τα είδη είναι χασμόφυτα, είναι δηλαδή εξειδικευμένα να φύονται σε βραχώδεις θέσεις. Τέτοια σημαντικά είδη είναι τα Aethionema retsina, Scorzonera scyria, Campanula merxmuelleri, Aubierta scyria, Centaurea rechingeri κ.α. Ειδικά το είδος Aethionema retsina αποτελεί ένα από τα σπανιότερα είδη της ελληνικής χλωρίδας, χαρακτηρίζεται ως Κρίσιμα Κινδυνεύον (CR) με εξαφάνιση και περιλαμβάνεται στην έκδοση της Διεθνούς Ένωσης για τη Διατήρηση της Φύσης (IUCN) Τα 50 Κορυφαία Φυτά των Νησιών της Μεσογείου. ΠΑΝΙΔΑ Το Σκυριανό άλογο Το περιβάλλον του Κόχυλα αποτελεί το φυσικό χώρο ελεύθερης διαβίωσης για το μοναδικό σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο Σκυριανό άλογο (Equus cabalus skyriano). Το Σκυριανό άλογο είναι μία από τις αυτόχθονες φυλές αλόγων που υπήρχε στην αρχαιότητα σε όλη την Ελλάδα και κατάφερε να διασωθεί μόνο σε αυτό το μέρος του πλανήτη. Η τροφή των αλόγων στο Βουνό είναι αγριόχορτα, θυμάρι και διάφοροι θάμνοι, φύλλα που πέφτουν από τις αγριελιές, τα σφενδάμια και τις βελανιδιές. Τα άλογα ζουν σε μικρές αγέλες και κάθε αγέλη έχει το δικό της λημέρι σε κάποια από τις πλατωσιές που βρίσκονται σκόρπιες σε όλο το βουνό, με μικρές λιμνούλες προστατευμένες από δένδρα. Πτηνά Ο Κόχυλας φιλοξενεί την μεγαλύτερη αποικία του μαυροπετρίτη (Falco eleonorae) στον κόσμο, ένα είδος μεταναστευτικού γερακιού απειλούμενου σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο. Ο μαυροπετρίτης ξεχειμωνιάζει στην Μαδαγασκάρη και από τον Απρίλιο έως τον Οκτώβρη φωλιάζει στους απόκρημνους βράχους του Κόχυλα και στις γειτονικές νησίδες. Άλλα σημαντικά είδη που φωλιάζουν στον Κόχυλα είναι το φρυγανοτσίχλονο (Emberiza caesia), το σμυρνοτσίχλονο (Emberiza cineracea) και ο μύχος (Puffinous yelkouan). Παράλληλα ο Κόχυλας (και η Σκύρος γενικότερα) αποτελεί σημαντικό σταθμό για τα πτηνά στο μεταναστευτικό μονοπάτι του Αιγαίου. Σποραδόσαυρα Η σαύρα Podargis gaigea είναι ένα ενδημικό είδος του αρχιπελάγους της Σκύρου και της νησίδας Πιπέρι της Αλοννήσου και είναι κοινό και πολυάριθμο στην περιοχή του Κόχυλα. ΠΕΖΟΠΟΡΙΚΕΣ ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΕΣ Ένα δίκτυο 5 σηματοδοτημένων πεζοπορικών διαδρομών σας περιμένει για να ανακαλύψετε από κοντά τους οικολογικούς θησαυρούς του Κόχυλα. JUEVES DE RECICLADO Una vez a la semana reviso el freezer y reciclo las sobras. Hoy tenía bastoncitos de merluza que tenía guardados por cualquier cosa. Me había sobrado salpicón de pollo (hecho con lo que sobró del pollo de ayer) así que se unió al plato. Por último encontré 2 bolsitas... Una tenía pak choi hervido (un puñadito nada más) que sobró de cuando hice ramen y unas pencas de acelga que tambien daban vueltas, corte una cebolla chiquitaaaa (se dice brunoise Moni) y lo mezcle con 2 huevos, unos 250 gr de harina leudante y leche (más o menos una taza), frei y salieron unos bocaditos geniales.
