ik i complained about it nonstop but.. i miss physical therapy :/that woman knew what the hell she was doing
#mondays and fridays at 8am me amd all the elderly folks. absolutely wretched awful pain for 40 minutes. the best heating pads#ive ever experienced in my life. stopping at sheetz for breakfast afterwards#ive actually seen that therapist 3 separate times lol. once after my concussion to help w my neck injury. once for tmj in high school#and then again for tmj/jaw dislocation recovery . my fave was for the concussion bc i got out of school at lunch time once or twice a week#for a while
