Color Refresh! 💙 💜 There’s something cool & fun with having your hair grow out the natural grays! And since I took the leap into new, vibrant semi-permanent colors, I’m trying a new color! I love purple, and decided to add a pretty Blue (Poseidon) on the top, & Purple (Purple Rain) on the bottom of my hair. My youngest daughter @hairbycurley applied to color for me. I’m loving these fun colors from @arcticfoxhaircolor 💙💜💙💜 I first washed my hair with the one of my favorite shampoos by @monatofficial Super Nourish Oil Shampoo. I used no conditioner, before applying the Arctic Fox hair color, as recommended. The color is left on at least 30 minutes. Before & After-Curls Set! Ok, have you seen this done before? Yes, it’s not just for “straining” spaghetti! 😆 My youngest daughter @hairbycurley left her diffuser at the salon, mine doesn’t fit my dryer, so this is what she suggested, and it worked! My youngest granddaughter likes to get in on it! 😂 Would you try this to set the perfect curls? Oh, and it helps to have the Good Stuff too; I used the MONAT Color Locking Protective Spray first, a small dab of @monatofficial Blow Out Cream, then she worked in my MONAT Moxie Mousse & MONAT Styling Gel. It’s time for MMM! I don’t know if this is a thing?? But I cane up with MMM (Moxie Mousse Monday)! 👊 As you’ve probably seen in my recent posts, I switched up my hair, just a tad. For one thing; I saw that my youngest daughter was redoing her roots with some bleach, so I asked her if she happens to have any left,if she could throw in a few highlights in my hair. So you’ll see in my “Before & After” photos, the front pieces are lighter in the After photos. I also know she’s very good at “setting curls”; so she put in some of the @monatofficial hair gel, after I applied the MONAT New Color Lock & Protect spray & the MONAT Moxie Mousse. She then diffused my hair until it was almost dry. I swear this is the best way to get the perfect curls for all you #curlygirls 💟 Where’s all my curly girls at? I almost forgot...... I first shampooed with my MONAT Renew Shampoo, and second wash was my MONAT Colour Enhance Perfectly Platinum Shampoo. I haven’t used one of my hair masques for awhile, so figured this is the perfect time-after applying bleach. I used my Heavenly Hydrating Masque by MONAT for about 5 minutes, and then applied my MONAT Colour Enhance Perfectly Platinum Conditioner. The Perfectly Platinum is my Favorite purple 💜 shampoo ever, and helps tone those fresh bleached blonde pieces! Have you already tried these? How are they working on your curls?
