Thanks so so much Domininik for the info about this architect from Lyon and its splendid work in Lauusanne Palais de Rumine, Lausanne - built by the Lyonnais architect Gaspard André between 1892 and 1902 in the Florentine Rennaissance style, it currently houses several museums belonging to the Vaud canton and a library.
