Great day to get outside and do some #trailrunning at #burkelakepark. The last time I was here my @athletics_east_masters_tc teammates and I were doing a @runwashington photoshoot leading up to @usatfclubxc #usatfxcnationals. Seems like so long ago. It's a new cycle now and time to get back to work.
