Followers, I present to you for your viewing pleasure, “The Momshark Estate.” A beautiful 3 bed, 4 bath home located in the beautiful neighborhood of Willow Creek. The entire top floor of this home has the entirety of its exterior walls as windows, don’t there is no need to worry about nosy neighbors prying into your business, because every window looks into the pool. is it just me who cant watch new tv shows with any sort of heavy plot because you literally cannot/do not want to put that much energy into focusing on so many things

So a person I follow wanted someone to make a house for them in The Sims 4 and I volunteered. Now me being me I couldn't just  build a nice huge house, everyone has big houses with windows to the outside world. You know what everyone doesn't have? A subterranean house surrounded by a pool! I wanted a housed that looks like a park. Basically, the plan is that the ground level will look like a park with basically everything that one would expect a Sims 4 park to have, the house itself is surrounded by a pool, thus allowing light into the rooms during the day. The house is far from finished but I've made fairly good progress for four hours of building. I know that the floor plan is quite hard to see, but the 1st floor has a master bed and bath, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a study. Also in the middle is an alfresco dining area which is technically covered by flowers which are supposed to be like that ivy that grows on terraces. Because on the surface it just looks like a flower patch thus further giving the illusion that the stairs going underground are like maintenance stairs for the pool.

The lowest level will have the lions-share of the bed rooms as well a gym and other skill increasing rooms. I will post more pictures once it is finished and of course it will be available for download on the gallery upon completion of play-testing.

The only thing that I did not enjoy about this is that objects placed with “moveobjects” get deleted when I am adding wall paper or flooring to another part of the house.
