Went to RICE (Richmond Indie Comics Expo) with a friend this weekend and it was really nice. It was refreshing being able to hang out with a friend, be myself somewhere, be in a place where I could openly be a schizo fag and still feel safe. Shit sucks but there are still nice things sometimes.
