Roman and Logan go on an adventure in the Imagination and get turned into babies by the Dragon Witch. Deceit finds them and brings them to Patton and Virgil to try to get them to help them but, Patton and Virgil deny that these two babies are the left and right brain.

So Deceit takes them back to the grey area and takes care of them and tries to raise them back to their normal age, since the curse wears off slowly over three months. All three months Virgil and Patton are adamant with both Deceit and Thomas that Logan and Roman are just on a super long quest in the Imagination.

Roman and Logan age back up to their normal ages with most of the same personalities (since the curse wouldn’t change their personality no matter who took care of them, though they would retain the memories) but they retain the happy childhood Deceit gave them as well as the ones they had as light sides.

Because they retain the new memories of their second childhoods, they call Deceit ‘Mom’. Deceit is so proud of his light side sons and he gets so happy when he hears them call him ‘Mom’ because it makes him feel like he didn’t do as badly as he originally thought he would raising them.
