I saw a cute headcanon that Mob becomes a firefighter when he’s older, and I love that so much, so I thought, “Hey, I already made Inukawa’s dad be a firefighter, so maybe talking to him is how Mob starts getting interested in that career path”, so I drew a little thingy

And then the last drawing is Ageswap AU Mob meeting (how I envision) normal-canon adult Mob at the same age as AS Mob because I thought it was funny

rewatched bsd w my friend seeing it for the first time and the nostalgia of seeing these two together again hit me like a bus

but this touya 🥺 he's sitting at the kitchen table too early in the morning, awake because your ex-boyfriend is coming to pick up your daughter for their father's day out. touya is half-asleep in his cheerios, only grunting out a response when your daughter asks him questions, bright and cheery, laughing too loud when she pokes and prods him and he grabs her hands up in his own and tickles her.

when the doorbell rings, she's scooping up her backpack and unzipping it quickly, slapping a folded up piece of paper on the table before running off around the corner. you follow her, exchange some pleasantries with her dad, wish him a happy father's day, give your daughter a hug and tell her you'll see her in a few days.

she stands in the doorway and shouts, loud, the high pitch in her voice echoing off the ceiling. "bye dabi!" and when he says it in return, she ends with, "i love you!"

(you don't miss the twist of your ex-boyfriends lips, his clear disaste for touya souring his expression.)

(you don't miss touya's hesitant pause from the kitchen, his voice scratchy and low when he calls back, "love you, too, kid.")

after she's gone, you mosey on back to the kitchen to see him leaning over whatever she'd left him; a piece of construction paper, colorful and a bit messy and crinkled, but all her nonetheless.

it's a picture of she and touya as little stick figures, him much too tall, hair dark and spiky. in between them, you think, is a drum-set, a call-back to the time he'd brought her to the bar he works at before it opened, during the day, and he'd let her bang around on all the instruments and be as loud as she'd wanted.

happy fathers day i love you is written across the top in bright pink, a little hard to read, but there regardless. touya stares at it quietly, only coming back to life after you run a hand over his back gently.

"mom's gonna lose it when she sees this," he murmurs quietly, shaking his head as if the idea is ridiculous.

but you don't miss his quiet sniff, the way he clears his throat before carefully folding the paper back into place, keeping it held tightly in his fist.

Menelaus rambles a lot about not only Helen, but also Hermione. About how she used to say Olive like "Olifs". How she lost her first tooth running too fast and running into a low branch while out with Helen. How he'd sometimes wake up to Hermione leaning over him and poking his face to say, "Dad, can we go see the horses?" even though it was barely daylight. How she was much nicer waking Helen and how he thinks Hermione did that on purpose because she found "dad's face funny". How her favorite color was every color.

And Odysseus listens.

And he thinks about how his son only had a few teeth coming in when he left, teething on everything. How he could only say one syllable with his babbles. How his son needed balance to stand but Odysseus was so proud that Telemachus was very good at rolling over. How his son loved pulling at his and Penelope's hair.

How his son would be talking, walking, maybe even lost his first tooth by now. And he doesn't even know if he'll ever know his son's favorite color.

I almost forgot the episode that gave us Team Free Will. When Dean, with his suave approach at first, asks Cas to take them to meet mom and dad and save them from Ana. Even if Cas just told them that, that would be very, very harsh for him, besides putting them in danger. Once Dean uses this technique, he has to reach for Cas when he needs something. And once Cas is lost in those pretty green eyes, of course, he'll do whatever Dean asks of him.

Then. Cas. Literally 30 seconds later...

Headcanon that Cursted Cat Alasor is terrified of Angel Dust.

Angel Dust thinks Cat Alastor is the cutest thing. No matter how unsettling the little demon tries to be, Angel will scoop him up and cuddle and kiss him and baby talk him like he does with Fat Nuggets. For a while, Cat Alastor tried to scare Angel. But: it never worked! So now, he just hides whenever Angel is near.

The reason he fears Angel is because Angel genuinely loves him like a pet. If Angel was just acting, he wouldn't care, but it's Angel's genuine affection for the Cursed Cat that scares him.
